I’ve been going here for about a year now and I just read the reviews and totally concur with what everyone is saying. The older gentleman at the front of the store does follow you around. Everyone is watching to make sure you don’t steal (which I assume means because they’ve had quite a bit of thefts). They do talk about you. The returns are wack, they’ll tell you you used the item and won’t refund when I never even opened the bottle. They don’t know before selling to you if the bottle has been opened or used. So make sure before you buy to check. They yell at you when you open it, but it’s either that or risk not getting a return or, worse, getting an infection from a used bottle. It only happened once but it put them in a negative light. It’s very cramped. Beyond having each brand together, they are incredibly Unorganized. The sample colors don’t match what’s in the bottle. (Like purple instead of white!) BUT THEIR PRICES ARE TO DIE FOR! And if you get an unopened bottle, the right color, etc you will be so pleased with the product!

My least favorite aspect of this store is that there are no prices anywhere. But over the year I’ve been going routinely I find that they are consistent with their prices and aren’t trying to scam you. Again, THEIR PRICES ARE TO DIE FOR!

Racist environment, I was there for 10 minutes and felt really uncomfortable by the employees constant stares. Extremely rude and poor customer service skills. I asked for help but no one was helpful. Never going again….

I read all the negative reviews and I honestly can relate to all the comments. They seem to have some good deals, but mind you we came in at 6:25pm there store closes At seven, I was told at exactly 6:44pm are you done yet cause we're closed, I was speechless like lady what you mean your sign says you're open till 7 why are you rushing me out of the store, I told her in the nicest way possible that the service was better then the other stores she humbled herself quickly. I have one more shot to come back to determine if I really wanna do buisness other wise I'm just going straight to the korean and japanese suppliers. So if their reading this please work on your attitude. Your customer service skills and if your shopping here the aisles are very thin so if you are claustrophobic just keep that in mind

Zero stars forsure !!
As soon as I walked in the lady’s looked at me from head to toe. Really rude. I asked a few questions and she seems so unhappy. Very bad customer service!! They literally follow you but they make it seem like they’re “organizing” the shelf's..I was asked 3 times if I was done..smh good deals but honestly really rude.

ZERO STARS! Horrible experience! I have never felt so discriminated!
Before I walked into the store, I remember seeing an older man sitting outside by the entrance and as I walk in, he follows right behind me. I was looking at the items and would notice he was down the aisle staring right at me as if I was going to steal.
As I went through all the aisles, he was still following me! I can hear them whispering and talking about me as the employees were staring.
The store is also VERY cramped and unorganized. When I ask for help for items, they were very rude and had no idea what I was talking about.

Will NEVER recommend this store to anyone!

I wish I can give this negative stars! Employee are absolutely terrible! I don’t ever recommend this place. Workers didn’t know I spoke their language, and terribly said bad things about me, and laughed historically about my face. Rude to all their customers in the store. Prices are very high, for cheap and broken supplies. I quickly paid for my suppose and quickly left. They also are very rude to the homeless asking for a couple a cents! Never coming back. NEGATIVE STARS!!!

Called the store to see if they had a certain item in stock and if they take card. I was told that my item would be $6 each and that they only take card with a $30 minimum. When I come into the store later, I was told my two items was $16 each. I had no idea that there was a smaller bottle ($6) and a larger bottle ($16). They did not let me know about this over the phone. On top of that, I was not told until I was IN PERSON that the $30 minimum does NOT void debit/credit card fees. They failed to tell me about this over the phone.

I called specifically to know how much I should expect to pay so that I could bring enough cash, but their misinformation made me think that I could pay with my card and avoid the card fees. Clearly, I was wrong and they just wanted to do whatever they could to get more money out of me.

ZERO STARS!!! First time I went, they kicked me out because I didn’t have a license. I was recommended this store because it was inexpensive and I was told no license was needed. I also think that they kicked me out because of what I was wearing.
The second time i went, just recently, they allowed me in. They didn’t ask if I had a license like they did the first time, but it felt so uncomfortable because everyone’s eyes were just looking at me.

Idk if I’ll give this store another chance, it’s super crammed and employees are very rude.
