I went in for a fill in and decided to get a pedicure. I had never gotten a pedicure there. I have been a customer for about a year. The lady that did the pedicure was very rough even when I tried to communicate with her. At one point there was a little blood on my big toe. This was a Friday. By Sunday I noticed my big toe was very red, Monday it was aching. I woke up Tuesday and it was red and filled with pus. Went to the dr on Tuesday. It was a staph infection. I had to have it lanced and drained. I started antibiotics. Wednesday I woke up and it was worse. Way worse. The infection had spread. The dr told me to come back immediately. I had to start a stronger antibiotic. Within days my skin had died and literally fell off. I called and reported this to the owner and told her they needed to clean their equipment. She asked me to text her pictures. All she replied was “so sorry.” I will never go back. Maybe if they had offered to do something for this happening but I got nothing.

I wasn't able to have my nails done prior to visiting my sister. Galaxy Nails is her go to. Made an appt for 11am. I arrived about 9:45. They had me seated and started right away! I had the most amazing Nail Tech, Kelly! She did a fabulous job!! My nails are just beautiful!!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience away from home!

I go here to get my toes done. They do a really good job. They make sure your polish is clean and neat. Best in town

I have been getting gel manicures for YEARS and I have NEVER had my gel polish chip within 3 days of getting them done. I paid $40 for a manicure that didn’t last a week. I will never step foot in this shop again

It was wonderful. Thank you so much. My feet feel much better after, and I thank you so much for taking care of us so well. My aunt Teresa really enjoyed her first time ever going there she said she would really like to go back again, and I always appreciate how clean everything is and how friendly everyone is. It is extremely nice to know that I can count on knowing that every time I go here, I will be treated well by friendly and caring workers there. I don't have to worry about I can just enjoy and relax and have friendly conversations with everyone there. Thank you again for a wonderful experience ? please stay safe and take care of yourselves. They are friendly until you come back in one day later showing them your nails are cracking. I will not be returning or would not recommend this salon. I was very patient when I went but waiting almost two hours with one person ahead of me. The next day I came back to get my nails fixed and received a very rude attitude from the owners. I was very polite the entire time. Even after his wife was snatching my hand after I asked her to fix my nails. These photos are only a few days after having my nails done. These are MY own natural nails.
