This review is for HOLLY specifically. I have been coming here for years and have never had a problem.

I got the callus treatment today and Holly was moving very quickly and sliced my toe.

It started to bleed and she panicked and poured soap over it which made it burn. When I asked for a tissue to try to stop the bleeding she grabbed some sort of glue and put that on it which made it even worse!

I got it to stop bleeding long enough for her to finish but her finger nail poked the spot where she had cut and it started bleeding again.

She said sorry but it would be good business practice to not charge for an added service if you injure the client. I paid an extra $10.00 for a sliced toe.

I told the lady when paying but all i got there was a sorry as well. HOLLY please slow down.

This was my first time at this spa.i was a walk in and was welcomed in.I had difficulty getting the correct color I wanted and I showed Nancy and she got it perfectly.The environment is peaceful and lights are deem so relaxing.I finally found the place I have been looking for.

Love this place out of everything in Vacaville. Their gel manicure lasts for a month. Their pedicures are amazing. I always get the lavender one with the added callus treatment. The treatment gets rid of all the rough spots. The normal scrubbing doesn’t get everything off. They take their time and don’t rush you. I love the environment, it’s dark, played by spa music. You can really relax and close your eyes. It’s not loud and crazy in there like the other places. I’ve had almost everyone do my nails and never disappointed. Most places you have to get a certain person to get the best but not here. Everyone is good.

We love this place for pedicures. They have a great menu of treatments! People are friendly and do great work. It is (and feels like) a very clean place with massage spa chairs. They take kids too!

Tina gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had! She is a true nail tech that takes her time and delivers an amazing detailed massage. She is the only person I have had a pedi by that knows how to properly use hot stones. I will be requesting her from now on! Thank you, Tina!

Today was my first time coming to Gaia. I drove 30-40 minutes to this place. I waited 20-30 minutes to get my pedicure started. I’m 9 months pregnant and the massage wasn’t all that great, she hardly put any pressure into it. Before she painted my toes she asked if I wanted to get my nails done, I said yes. After she finishes doing my toes she told me they had no time to do my manicure unless I waited 30 minutes because they got busy. Which I felt like that was unprofessional. I had already been there for almost 2 hours. I also paid $75 for my pedicure and also got the special callus remover and still feel dead skin on my feet. Not really satisfied
