When we got there at around 8:30 PM being sure that it said that it was gonna be open till 10 they were already lining up stools, which I thought nothing of. we placed our order. we go to fill our drinks at the fountain and noticed that there are no napkins. Then we turn to get us some silverware basically just forks and they had none of that. We asked them for forks and there was not a fork to be found. we went to sit down and couldn't sit because every place was dirty. People were leaving and leaving their trash on their tables because the trash bins were overflowing. I got a napkin, wiped my table down, even though I was grossed out I sat down. When our number was called, it was supposed to be dine in and they put it in carry out ... Again, there was not a fork to be found even after asking. Sat down to eat and had to try to eat chili cheese fries without a fork. Then my fiancé opened up his chicken sandwich, which was the original chicken club sandwich and there was a hair in it. Totally gross and complete Health violation. I was so grossed out that I didn't even want to eat my food, but I pressed on even though my grilled chicken taste rubbery and made me feel sick. This place is a health code nightmare. They were telling customers that they were shutting down because it was 9 o'clock at night and they're supposed to be open to 10. There was trash everywhere, overflowing bins and numerous trays on the tables. Disgusting. I will never be back to the store. I am grossed out and I've been home for about 37 minutes when I write this and I feel sick as a dog. The health department needs to visit this restaurant desperately.

Super super super good I’ve been two consecutive days ?! I always get the number five add bacon with chili fries and lemonade man oh man it’s Amazing. I went once in the early afternoon and then the next day came at night my food was beyond exceptional both times ! The custard is truly amazing I did my happy dance throughout my entire meal I live in Chickasaw and it’s not far from me but we for sure need a second location toward Mobile! It needs to be just as many Freddy’s as it McDonald’s Freddy’s is far better ! Burger good as heck and seasoned well the buns grilled so
Soft and good this the perfect cheat day if you on a diet it’s good as a mutha !’

My husband and I went to this location Saturday night. The service was above average. The lady at the counter was so nice. It was our first time there and she made us feel at home. Even brought us free cudtstd to try. The food was fabulous!!! The restaurant was clean. We will be back.

Asked if they had bottle water at window; they said yes. Went to the window, they didn’t have any but still charged me $3.
Ordered 2 kid burgers and a kid chicken strip.
Tried to give us 3 burgers and when we did it wasn’t in there, they told us to check our bags ?
Took 10 minutes to get our chicken tenders.

We’ll stick to the Freddy’s in Spanish fort ?

Had to hunt a clean table and ended up settling for the least soiled booth enough mustard between me and wife sandwich to drown a horse cold fries super thin meat for a double hamburger employees were actually very nice this is a ballpark concession stand of a restaurant. Much better food at the waffle House I'm sure highschool kids will love this place

These are the best milk shakes I've ever had. 5 star all the way. Yummy, custard ice cream and real strawberries make a thick, delicious milk shake. Food for the gods

Today was my first day at Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers and I can honestly say I'M NOT PLEASED!!! The customer service was subpar and the order taker seemed annoyed that she had to take my order. They ran out of alot of drinks so the fruit punch that I did end up with was completely watered down, undrinkable and had to be poured out. The grilled chicken sandwiches I ordered were dry and taste unseasoned; you tasted more of the bacon and cheese on the sandwich than anything. The lettuce was very wilted, and should not have been used. I'm not use to Matchstick fries but they we're okay but had no salt. The bacon and cheese steak burger that I ordered was very sloppily made and had an excessive amount of mustard, more mustard than the bun could hold. The chicken tenders that were ordered were good but the BBQ sauce that was paired with it made it taste bad so it had to be eaten without sauce. If I could give negative stars I would, but I can't, so it's only getting 1!!!

My food was delivered. I didn't realize that I'd be paying 13 bucks for a patty melt combo to only have half a sandwhich. It's like they did cut it in half and I got the smaller half. That was it. Sad part was... my little half was on the burnt side. The bread part. The meat was fine.
I also asked for no ice so my drink wouldn't be watered down by time it made it to my house and that got me a half filled cup of soda. I didn't realize they were so hard up for soda that they wouldn't fill it when I requested no ice. Not a fan.
