So I just moved to get my haircut to Forever Barber because Kim moved there from her barbershop across the street from GTM .
I have been going her for about a decade .
Kim is patient and pays very good to detail !
I am always pleased and will always recommend Kim and will now be going to Forever Barber since she now works there !

Ask for Emily. She gives me five star service every time without fail. When it comes to acrylics I've had some unpleasant experiences with a few of the other girls there but Emily is always extremely gentle and precise. When it comes to manicures abd pedicures everyone there is excellent. Friendly kind staff.

Danny is our go-to barber, and my son and I have been going to him for a few years. They are affordable, and you can't beat the price for a great haircut. Way better than more expensive places.
Update: still the best barbershop in town.

Based on other reviews and my experience today, it seems that Danny is the infinitely better barber of the two. I agree with Juan Mendoza's review regarding whoever's in the first chair. This man actually cannot cut hair or listen. The first two images are the reference photos I gave him (along with me telling him to keep it "wavy and long-ish"). My hair was slightly longer than the reference photos beforehand. The third picture was taken as soon as I got home. What the hell is this. Like actually. It looks literally nothing like the references. On top of that, he cut way too much hair on the side and back, so I have to grow it out again to get the haircut I initially wanted. I cannot believe I paid 21$ for this. I even tipped 5$...

edit: I realize the photo may not do it justice. It's not simply a styling issue, as the hair itself got cut about 2-3 inches too short, he gave me a fade when I clearly did not ask for one, and he cut the back of my hair completely flat. Layering and blocking just don't exist. It's like he ignored my request completely and decided a mid length side part and a fade was better. It looks atrocious, was not what was asked, and should be a felony imo.

ps. I don't want to be overly negative, so I'll say that Danny is actually pretty good. I came here about 3 months ago to get a maintenance cut and I showed Danny the same pictures and he did pretty good. My hair was wavy, it was evenly split, the side bangs flowed nicely, and it looked like the references. Just whatever you do, chair 1 should be avoided.
