They had a great selection of athletic shoes to choose from in wide wits too. Sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable and relayed her own experience with the different shoe types. I didn’t feel rushed and was able to find a great pair of shoes in the color that I wanted as well. I would highly recommend this store.

You know, every time I went to Fleet Feet in the past, I had an idea of a shoe I wanted to purchase. This time, I let the process work as it's supposed to: I got a scan of my foot, and after asking me about general color preferences, the young man helping me brought out four different pairs for me to try, based on the data about my feet. I was skeptical but HOLY WOW they were the most comfortable shoes EVER. I bought one of them and am just amazed at the fit. I don't want to take them off. I was immediately greeted and welcome to the store. The sales rep, Michael was very friendly and helpful. He asked questions to help find the best shoes for me. I also had questions myself and he was happily answered them. I tried on 5 different pairs of shoes and Michael physically assisted me with putting the shoes on and tying the laces. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THAT! Overall he was friendly, patient, and helpful. The 60 day no questions asked return policy is a plus.

My son has been having a lot of foot pain. Stopped by Fleet Feet on a whim and I’m so glad we did! They have a wide selection of inserts and they did a free scan of my son’s feet to determine which insert would be best for him. We were helped right away and the staff member who helped us was super friendly and knowledgeable. Overall we had an excellent experience.
