Nice interior design creates a lovely atmosphere and they do a decent job on the nails but poor customer service really diminishes the experience. Often the workers performing services seem like they'd really rather be someplace else and don't speak to you or look you in the eye so you feel kind of like you're a slab of meat on an assembly line. Don't bother paying for extra massage on a pedicure as it's not very good. Also the chairs don't have a built-in massage option, which I miss. English is a second language for most workers and it's sometimes hard to communicate. So I go here occasionally only for practical purposes - nails in a pinch - but it's not an especially relaxing or enjoyable experience.

I don’t understand the lower reviews… this place is great! Nice, clean ambience with calming music. And Tracy is incredible she gave me extra massage time on my pedicure and was so kind.

I went for a manicure/pedicure on May 27 and it’s obvious that the technicians don’t know what they are doing. It didn’t appear that they were certified. I stopped the process midway and said I’d pay for whatever work was done. The lady at the front desk quoted $40. I was obviously overcharged but just wanted to leave so I paid it. Overall it was a terrible experience.

I asked for a hard gel / builder gel fill with a black glitter ombre, but received a full dip set with basically off white polish, and they charged me full price. Despite the fact that I was spoken over and ignored when I tried to stop the tech, and she was too lazy to correct her mistake, I was told that I should have said something sooner.
I went out of my way to go to a place for builder gel, and ended up with exactly what I did not want.

I've never been so unhappy with my nails before.
The only thing positive that I can say, is that it's a good nail shape.

If I could give no stars I would. Have been here a number of times because convenience but always leave a little unhappy. Today, however, was the first time I left without leaving a tip and I will not return. Two women handled my feet and my hands. The woman giving me a pedicure never looked me in the eye and acted like she could care less. The only time the manicurists looked at me was to ask what color polish I wanted on my nails. I asked only they be buffed....no need for polish. Although it would have taken more time to apply polish she told me that I would have to pay for the buffer or she couldn't do it. What? So I said it was fine...no buffing. No polish. She was obviously irritated by something that happened previous because she and I have never had any communication. When she fiinished with my nails I looked at them and she had not filed them. Cut them only leaving ragged edges. I asked her to please file them, and only then did she try to 'play nice' saying that some people like to keep the 'edges' on the nails. Not a pleasant experience...feel I really hadn't had a manicure but of course paid the $83. price of mani-pedi, butI decided not to tip. Feel guilty about that but also realize that tipping is for good service which I did not receive. I will not return. Too many disappointments in this salon. They are overly busy and overworked. Probably didn't help with their humor.

Lady did not care about the shape of the nails. She will file so fast and over filed one side and did not round it. I kept telling her it was looking not even. All finger have different shape. Some ladies do care. I had a bad luck with my nails.

Took my daughter here for her first ever pedi mani and it was awesome. She’s 4 and was a little nervous but the girls made her feel so pretty and special. Definitely recommend bringing your kids here!
