My wife was happy and if she's happy that's perfect for me. The nails looks very pretty and the ladies on the spot are good hard workers, they're like little ants on the move all the time making customers happy.
For me, this is a good place to make your wife happy!

I have lived in the area for 4 years and this is the only place I've gone to for nails , Yes sometimes even though I have an appointment I have to wait But my nails always come out Beautiful.

I called in to get a price over the phone. Made an appointment explained to them. What I wanted done on my daughters. My daughter's went to their appointment.
Over the phone, she gave me a set price. So I sent my oldest daughter with her sisters to get their nails done An hour later after they finish with their nails. My oldest calls me telling me that the charge her extra Then original quote it given to me.
I feel they took advantage of my daughters by charging them overpriced.
And didn't complete the job as discussed over the phone. This place is bad for business. I gave the owner a call and explained to her that I live around the corner from them And that it's not the way to do business with the locals.
Her respond was. I don't care and hung up on me.
Sally to say she lost my business. Due to her bad
Attitude in business.
I have 5 daughters. They need their nails done at least once a month. If you were to do the math and somebody being smart, wouldn't you think? That's good for business On her behalf smfh DONT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!!

Didn’t get the opportunity to get inside the door before the yell “we’re done for day” walked in at 5:30
I returned since it’s the closet place to me and actual for service, the ladies were nice for full set and pedi they’re constantly busy which is a good sign. I’ll return and make note they’re also busy.
3 week update. Gel pedicure & full set with white French tip still holding up worth $100

Extremely mean. I’ve never come in with a bad attitude or no understanding for when they get packed. I’ve used this place since I was in middle school and have had an issue with the way they treat younger guest, as well as the elderly. You can make an apt. but if you fall into one of those categories, they will either skip over you completely or get you done so fast while cutting you or skipping the relaxing experience. Today was my last day here. I brought my grandmother in for a pedicure for 3pm and we arrived at 2:45. We sat and waited till 3:06. When the lady called my grandma back, she stood and argued with another lady while they both pointed fingers at my grandmother. They had her sit down and soak her feet and then proceeded to sit another lady down and BOTH sit with her whilst just smiling at my grandmother. If you are looking for services for elderly, young kids, disabled, etc. I DEFINITELY DO NOT recommend this place.

Businesses like this shouldn't be in business how they have lasted this long is beyond me. I thought they would close before Kmart because everyone's always grumpy and rude there. You feel like you're an inconvenience to them when you are supporting their business. Times are hard for everyone and for people to be spending money on these services when you can buy the stuff on Amazon and do it yourself for 1/4 of the price. The way they talk about everyone while they are working on them it's awful. There's so many nail shops to pick from so do yourself a favor and find one with better reviews. The reviews on here and yelp speaks for itself the shop is not a welcoming warm spot to be at. The staff all clearly hates their job or are unhappy to be there the work environment seems hostile. I normally don't take the time to write this much and I have not returned nor will I ever but I feel like hopefully this saves the next person from going there. You will be disappointed they don't care about customer service all they care about is getting your MONEY.
