My experience at Faust Salon & Spa has been one of the most memorable when it comes to hair quality and customer service. The service was professional with the perfect balance of knowledge, genuine and warmth. I got a haircut during the summer and my hair couldn't be healthier.. My stylist Kat, did a wonderful job, my hair has been growing fast and healthy without loosing it's initial shaping. At the end of my haircut, I had a chat with the owner Anna, a very kind and friendly person, she is always very attentive and professional. I asked for a recommendation on hair products to make my hair healthier, she asked me a couple questions about my hair habits.. with that and a look at my type of hair, she gave me a list of products with different prices that could help me and I am very happy with the recs... my hair is better than ever, this really demonstrated her expertise and attention to detail. I am looking forward to going back and getting a facial to try other services. Thanks Faust Team!!

Faust Salon in Scotts Valley has the most talented group of artists I’ve ever encountered. All the stylists are so personable and help make the salon experience so special. Emily and Kat are great, I highly recommend them for haircuts and color (highlights, color, root touch up, etc). If you go to Faust, you will feel welcomed and safe. Myriah is amazing at facials and does great brow waxing! Anna offers great makeup services and will work with you to get the perfect look for your occasion. I cannot recommend Faust enough! You will not be disappointed if you choose Faust for your next salon experience ☺️

Emily is extremely talented when it comes to both hair color and haircuts. Every time I visit her, I leave feeling like the best version of myself with hair that looks and feels amazing! I especially appreciate that Emily has an artistic eye for placement of highlights, the grow out of my hair in between appointments still looks great. Also, every hair cut I’ve gotten from her has been better than any other haircut I’ve gotten – she has a way of truly understanding my vision and reference photos and making it come to life. I had such an amazing experience at Faust Salon in Scotts Valley! From the moment I walked in, Anna, the owner, made me feel so welcome. She’s incredibly sweet and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of, not just during your appointment but even afterward with thoughtful little samples to maintain your hair at home. You can really tell how much she cares about her clients and the experience they have at her salon.

Billie worked her magic on my hair, and I couldn’t be happier! My ends were so dead, and I desperately needed a refresh, and she gave me exactly that without sacrificing my length. I got a luxurious wash with the best head massage, and she took the time to show me the products she used and how to apply them properly. My cut was perfect, fresh face-framing layers and soft, romantic bangs that made my hair look fuller and healthier while keeping my length intact.

If you’re looking for a salon where you’re truly pampered and leave feeling like the best version of yourself, Faust Salon is it. Anna has created such a warm, welcoming space with an amazing team, and I can’t recommend them enough!!

Anna has an artistry, attention to detail, and a warm and nurturing presence that made me feel so calm and happy on my wedding day. She thinks of everything. She’s truly exceptional with skincare and makeup and putting together a look, but somehow she’s even more gifted with people.
