I’ve been a regular at Eyebrow Plus Salon for eyebrow threading and shaping, and I’ve always been impressed with their excellent service. Recently, I decided to take advantage of a special offer they had for a manicure and pedicure, and I was not disappointed.

As a male customer, I was looking for just the essentials—cleaning, cutting, shaping, buffing, filing, polishing, and cuticle care—and Marissa, the new nail tech, did a phenomenal job. She was gentle, careful, and incredibly friendly, making the experience not only relaxing but also enjoyable as we had fun talking throughout the session.

Unlike my previous few experiences at other places where I’ve sometimes been hurt during a manicure or pedicure, Marissa was unique in her approach, ensuring that I was comfortable and well taken care of the entire time.

Her skills and dedication to her craft are truly commendable, and I left the salon feeling refreshed and well cared for. I highly recommend giving manicure and pedicure a try here and special shout-out to Marissa for her exceptional work.

Maybe it was an accident as im
not sure how or why Kushum did this but she used 2 of my prepaid appointments when I only used one today when I walked in without an appointment around 3:30pm. I cancelled one of them but do I get the one she booked back? I was told I had 2 more left and then I received those emails/messages around the same time I left

The first time I went, the owner helped me with a super professional person and with a lot of attention, I was delighted with her, but now when I returned today, an employee helped me, she damaged my eyebrows from a plane, you can see that she left me with a bigger eyebrow The other one didn't pay attention to me, she didn't even ask me if I liked the work, she saw my face that I didn't like it, using the thread to clean my eyebrows in an unprofessional way. The owner of the business should be more cautious before hiring someone. This greatly damages her image. If she is going to hire someone, they must be at their level.

I felt at ease with her when I arrived because I assumed that since the owner was so professional she would have a staff equal to her but no.

This is disappointing for me, and I am so delighted that it was the first time.

If you go to this place ask to be served by the owner with the eyebrows, she is the one who does a good job.

I came in for eyebrow threading with a last minute appointment. Kushum did a beautiful job and spent a lot of time getting the details dialed in; if you want to give specific guidelines, I would speak up early. I was so happy with the brows, that I asked about an eyelash lift as well since I had an hour to kill.

I have short sparse straight Asian lashes, and had tried a lift once in Aptos which was AWFUL. The lashes ended up looking even shorter and I basically lost all curl within a week. I thought my lashes were just not made for lifting. But I had gotten so sick of getting stabbed in the eyeball by my own lashes during allergy season that I wanted to give it another chance.

I had really low hopes but when Ashika finished my jaw DROPPED because the difference was huge! I looked like a doll with painted on lashes. She did suggest a tint even with my black lashes, and that could have helped as well.

Picture is after 5 days of absolutely abusing the lashes while on vacation, and they still look 90% as they did day 0.

I was so happy with them, and the huge difference that at a skilled person can make vs a poorly done job. Happy to make this my new go to place since moving here.

One thing is that I would have loved to tip but wasn’t able to after using Apple Pay. Maybe bring cash if you’d like to tip.

Came in to the gorgeous new location yesterday to get my brows threaded. Came back today to get some henna. Patty was amazing. She truly loves her job and her customers. I even brought my girls by to get henna from Patty too. She was very patient with my 5 and 6 year olds and even used a hair dryer to dry all our designs. My kids are so proud to show her work off. I can’t wait to go back and visit Patty for a facial and/or a massage.

The new location is amazing since it’s outside the mall so don’t have to deal with crazy mall parking and wait times. I’m a member here for eyebrows and have had great experience 95% of the times. Got my nails done by Ilaha (Also did eyebrow threading) and she was very caring, creative. I’ll definitely come back for my nails.

They opened up in new location which was very beautiful. All the staffs were very welcoming and professional. They showed me around for new services they just added. I would definitely suggest everyone to try them once. Also, they have great hospitality with snacks and drinks.

Pretty fast, expensive for what I'm used to but not out of range for San Jose. She was really quick and did my whole face in 20 minutes, with threading for the eyebrows and waxing for the rest of the face. The salon is also clean and well-maintained. The rest of the customers seemed like jerks, but I can't fault the business for that lol. All in all, good experience, and will come back when I'm in the area.
