don’t go here anymore. this place use to be great but they DESTROYED my toes after my last pedi. Apologies for the gross picture, but i haven’t been able to get the gel polish & once i got it off of one of my nails i had found my entire nail under the gel had turned dead & black. Then a week later, that nail hat snagged & half of my real nail ripped off causing so much blood. FROM GETTING A GEL PETTY
they’ve been rushing everything, my last mani I had to go back in THREE DIFFERENT times to get my nails fixed, because the were so messed up. Paint peeling, nail mis shaped, gem fell off within hours.
This place has gone downhill & is dangerous for your health at this point.

I've gone here for years but lately everytime the service gets a little worse. I feel it's a race to get me out of there as quickly as possible and that it's a bother if you come in as a walk in, when they offer walk ins. I once asked for a color change after they painted one nail and I said I can pay extra and I'm sorry I changed my mind. It was like I'd ask them rewrite the constitution by hand. I've felt this way for probably the last 5 visits and I think I'm gonna finally just find a new place

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, always my favorite place until recently. I used to spend $80-90 for a mani/pedi. Now it’s about $190/200… I took my mother and she got fungus from this place. Then they had to redo my nails 3 times while I was there because the gel wasn’t dry all the way as they were rushing me, so it kept breaking through the top dry layer and oozing all over my hands. A day later more oozed out so I went back to get it fixed and they charged me full price for a whole new set… the time before all of this, their nail polish was very gooey and thick, and I had to pick a different color 3 times before we found one that wasn’t expired. I think they don’t change their polish enough, and their cleanliness standards have gone down over the years. A life time customer that will not be returning.

First time here, and the staff was friendly upon entering. I didn't have an appointment, came in, and wanted 2 pedicures and 2 manicures. My daughter and I were seated right away for our pedicures. Got the deluxe pedicure (priced at $41), the service was accommodating and not rushed, which was much appreciated. Our technicians were gentle on our toes, and the massages felt great. My daughter was happy with her pedicure and manicure. She got a basic manicure, clean-up, and clear polish. My manicure set came out great, and there were no issues with accidental cuts. My nails are not thick or lumpy, and although they didn't have the color I was quite looking for, I'm happy with the outcome. I appreciate the service and the friendly staff. Prices were in the same range as other places in the high desert.

Unfortunately I wasn't pleased with my service. I asked if they served a glass of wine with the pedi and she said yes. I was given a glass of mango juice. I payed $91 for a gel pedi that was no different then my $50 gel pedi at my place I moved away from. The lady did a nice job but the cost wasn't worth it. I was supposed to get a ten minute pressure point message that was no different then a rub down and not ten minutes as I timed it myself. Just get the regular gel pedi with no extras. Make sure you bring cash if you want to tip. I won't return.

I went in for a fill today. I immediately told the guy the color pink he was using did not match what I already had. He said no it matches and kept going. As soon as I got in the car and the sunlight hit them, I could definitely see the difference. The design I asked for was done well. $61 for v tip painting, cuticles and a fill is kinda crazy. I wolnt be going back there. The salon is clean and it does look nice.

I’ve always been happy with their service, however I went in for a fill and the employee used a much darker pink powder than what I originally had on my nail bed- I was the last customer in the salon and they had already closed so after I got home and had a chance to really look at my nails I decided to call first thing in the morning to see about it getting fixed. I was told that they “can’t just fix it” and that it will cost me after I just paid $51 for a fill. Unfortunately I won’t be going back.
