Very bad service I went with my mother and we made two pedcure and a manicure for 100 dollars, when I returned to claim my mother's pedicure service within days, they did not take responsibility and wanted to charge the full service again. The manager of the place treated us very badly. I would not return, the service is neither good nor pleasant, and they are not responsible for the work.

Muy mal servicio. Fui con mi madre y nos hicimos dos pedcure y una manicure por 100 dólares, cuando volví a los días a reclamar por el servicio de pedicure de mi madre no se hicieron responsable y querían cobrar nuevamente el servicio completo. La manager del lugar nos atendió muy mal. No volvería, el servicio no es bueno ni agradable, y no se responsabilizan por la el trabajo.

They took me and my girls in with no waiting. My oldest daughter is getting married this weekend and they did exactly how we wanted our nails. Johnny did my acrylic nails and was very professional and always explained and prepared me for what he was doing next. He took his time and made sure my nails would be beautiful. They had great priced and so friendly. It was my second there. My first service was a pedicure for all 3 of us and again they were exceptional and friendly. Thank you all for great services!!

This is the best nail salon in Casa Grande. Staff is super friendly and feel like my extended family.

I had a really great technician-- PK. She was amazing! Does a clean job and takes her time to ensure that your nails are well-done-- unlike how technicians usually like to rush. My nails stay good for weeks! Best nail tech I've had!

Upon arrival the male nail techs area was still dirty from the appointment before me. This should have been my first red flag. This was the most painful experience that I've had getting my nails done. This has also been the shortest my nails have been. I asked for a simple french tip but the male nail tech said it was impossible. And then he proceed to file down my fingers. Yes you read that correct. He filed the skin on 3 of my fingers. When I told him it hurt he blamed my nails and did not stop. I was crying at this point. I then tried to engage in friendly conversation which he did not respond to. Now I'm leaving with plain nails that hurt so bad. I felt like such an inconvenience. I am not going back. I spent too much money to be this hurt and basic.
