I’ve gone here twice. Staff are efficient and tools/equipment are very sanitary. I got the basic pedicure with extra massage add on. Prices are reasonable and there’s no unexpected charges. The phone rings a lot as clients call in appointments so they’re obviously staying busy.

Horrible! I went in yesterday for dip powder and it was a terrible experience. First, instead of soaking my nails to remove the polish, she wrapped each finger with a cotton soaked ball and aluminum foil. After waiting a bit, she removed the foil and proceeded to scrape the polish off with a metal tool! It hurt! The powder on each of the nails is different in thickness and it was apparent that the technician didn't have much experience with dip powder. The worst part is after spending $45, 3 nails are already chipped and it's only been one day! Dip powder usually lasts me 3 weeks. Please don't waste your time and money at this salon.

I just got my nails done and I’m really sad to say that I’m not that much of a fan since I paid $81 and then gave a $12 🙁 The tip was for the manager and the super sweet lady that stayed even after closing to finish my nails and for fixing any crooked nails I had. It means a lot, just wish I hadn’t been told to come in at 7:15 and didn’t get started until around 7:40? because my nails felt rushed. I asked for a french tip like in the picture of the green nails along with the shape and with the design of the red tiger stripes :/ I expected for them to look really good for the price that I paid but wasn’t met with other my expectations. Also, the acrylic is actually attached to some of my cuticles which has them in pain and I’ve attempted to file the acrylic away from them. I’ve been filing for a straighter shape on my left hand which isn’t something i feel i should have to do for almost paying $100. There was excess acrylic on my fingertips and around my cuticles which i had to rip off which resulted in my skin peeling off. Overall my nails are sensitive because they weren’t held during filing. I’ve been coming here all throughout high school and even after I graduated and always had great experiences. (Kevin was my guy before he left). i’m grateful for the ladies here and the two that did n
my nails but I would like a refund instead of being offered to have my nails fixed. i would also like to add the fact that I am a cosmetology student and that comes with learning sterilization and the sort. I’ve been here enough to know that the tools used aren’t sterilized after every client which is concerning. I brought my mom here once for a manicure and she ended up getting a wart on her finger afterwards but because of the new management since then i thought things would have changed regarding cleanliness. A thousand thanks for the services in the past, just please do better in the future for your clients and business.

I had my nails done here while I was on holiday. I've been having gel manicures for a long time now and my nails are usually very strong. The polish stays on for weeks without ever chipping. However, within a week of having my nails done here, my nails had been dremelled so thin that they started ripping. Additionally the polish started to peel off in large chunks. Avoid and go somewhere better.

Experience was great. I love my nails. Haley took great care of me. Pricing is a bit unclear. Although I made an appointment over the phone I ended up paying $30 more than expected before tip. Would return though, Haley is very talented.

I just went and got a Gel X manicure fill. I was not pleased. She didn’t use any cuticle oils or lotions before or afterwards. When she was sanding my nails to get my cuticles she made me bleed on one finger and completely missed the cuticle on the other. Didn’t sand down the hard edges after painting them. Got nail glue all over my skin on the underpart of my fingernail. Literally sat in my car afterwards with a nail file trying to fix everything. Overall very displeased and will not be going back.

My gel acrylics are the best I have ever gotten. I cannot remember the woman’s name who did my nails, but she did an incredible job. Also, the salon was so clean and all of the staff was so kind and accommodating. Check this place out, you won’t be disappointed.

The first time I went in no one greet me and I said ok maybe it's just the the language barrier. I ask for acycrlic on both of my toes and hands with gel on top. The final result was ok. I feel like the shape could have been better. Anyways the biggest disappointment is that 2 nails broke literally 2 days after. When I went in for them to repair nails they kept telling to come back. Total rip off . Stay away unless you want pay 75 dollars for a set than only last 2 days. They totally deserve this review for there bad attitudes and horrible customer service.
