Terri did a great job with my gel-x and removing the builder gel I had on. She was also really patient and did a few tries to make sure I was happy with the design. It was mostly soaking and she didn't go overboard with the e-file like some places do. I also got a solid pedicure here though I didn't get the second woman's name. Would definitely return.

Terrible service, I went to remove the existing acrylic to put on a new set, to begin with the way to remove the acrylic was incorrect, causing damage to my natural nail and causing me a lot of pain, even so the manicurist tried to hide what she had done she had no idea The decency of cleaning the blood to see if he could work like that, he put the acrylic on the wound and bloody and asked him to clean it, which he ignored. After that he couldn't do the design I asked him for, it wasn't what I asked him for, since I couldn't stand the pain in the nail anymore, I asked him to paint it one color and he couldn't do that either, a REALLY DISGUSTING JOB.

Phenomenal, top of the line nails! I got Gel X for the first time ever. I love it way more over the regular acrylic because it's time-consuming & can be too thick, and it takes a long time to file down. I have no complaints about how my nails turned out whatsoever. Terri is going to my go-to girl now! Thank you, Terri. I will recommend your service to all my family & friends.

Love this place. I asked for a custom pedicure for Pride Month. The tech did an excellent job and I'm so happy. The salon is very clean. The massage chairs are awesome. My nails are perfect and my feet were so soft after the tech finished. This is my new nail salon.

Wanted to love the experience (to get nails done in the US) however was really disappointed by the service provided. I asked to take off my gel nails and was surprised when asked to soak nails in a bowl of acetone . ( my nail technician back at home in Europe, ALWAYS uses her technique and the special machine in a way not to cause damage to the nail matrix). Acetone is really damaging. It was also really strange to have to wait for the nail person to jump in between clients and keep swapping. Surely, there should be one nail person per person getting the service?!?.

The nail technician used clippers on my nails instead of filing down and using the machine. My nails don’t look ‘elegant” now and are in need a true professional.

It may also be that the nail industry standards are very different here than they are in Europe. Perhaps I’m used to the highest quality service and therefore this experience left me in tears, utter shock and just wishing that I had gone somewhere else.

This place was the worst I've ever been to. I got a full set with custom art and it has been 2 weeks and my nails started snapping off. I have gotten these for years and haven't done anything new.. I am so disappointed.. I paid $130 for them to break in two weeks. My thumb ripped so bad it made me bleed so bad. I don't reccomend them. They say they use all new stuff but they do not. Save your money for a better nail place.
