I got my nails done here yesterday and i asked for a new set. the nail tech told me no and said i only needed a fill. i asked again a few more times and she said it would take too long. less than 24 hours later my nail broke, i have a desk job. i am not heavy handed. 2 more nails are about to break. Nail techs cut me both on my pedicure and manicure fill i spent over $130.

Been going to Helen for 4 years now!! She used to work at another location in Sunnyvale and she opened up her own store finally! She’s really good with nail design requests and is super precise with her work. Nina, Daniel and Andy are also amazing and highly recommend!! 🙂

I have been getting my nails done with Helen for 8 years now. I could not think of getting my nails done with someone else ever. She is the best and I mean it. I literally just always show her a pic or inspiration of what I want and she does the exact same thing for me. I can blindly trust her with my nails and I never have to worry about what my nails look like in the end. She knows what she is doing and will always give you the best experience and service. There has never been a time I have left the place not liking my nails. Helen is the best and the absolutely love Daniel, Nina and Andy for pedicures. They will give best feet and leg massages of your life. Their entire staff is truly the sweetest and best at service 🥰

I went for a classic pedicure today and asked if the foot mask was told the foot mask was included which is what I wanted. And didn't get what I asked for. And when I got my nails polished and waiting them to dry, I sat for a very long time. Expecting for one of the staff members to let me know my nails done drying, they just kept walking and tending to the other customers. Then after 3 hours waiting I spoke up and asked one of the staff members if my nails were dry and she said yes they're done and I was free to go!? The staff are nice and friendly but they can do a better job communicating with their customers.

Will go no where else for my nails! In a day where inflation is high and every dollar counts, the customer service is so worth every penny! Helen brings a fun and positive vibe to the atmosphere which is so different from most nail salons I’ve been to! Her team has the experience and skill to do any design and style without breaking your pocketbook! All they do is look and the picture and they got it!
