If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I think this place is terrible. Their customer service is horrible, actually one of the worst I have ever experienced. Not to mention, they are flat out rude. They made me move chairs in middle of my service and told me that it’s because they needed the chair, but proceeded to not sit anyone in the chair until after my service was done. When I brought that to their attention, they gave me the run around and were rude about it. I also asked if they could close the door because it was cold outside and they talked about it and proceeded to laugh, but not accommodate my request. Simply put, I will not be coming back here again.

Also, a week later and my nails are chipping, and the manicure was $80. Ridiculous.

I don’t regularly go for these services however coming back from my week camping and resuming my office job immediately after, I walked in to this business and left very happy with the results, the attendant was patient and very experienced. It was more than I expected to spend because I treated my self to a soft gel manicure and chrome nail polish on my hands. I love the results!

I've had several pedicures here and always had a decent experience. I got my nails done last Thurs for a special occasion, by Tiffany. She was great! I asked her how much it would cost to get them removed ($10) and that I would be back in a week because in my work (massage therapy) I cant keep long nails. I walked in today and said "I need these taken off" straight to the point. The manager owner lady proceeds to badger me on why and said my nails will "Look ugly!" In front of a room full of women. I sit down and basically the girl assigned to me starts giving me a fill. I say again," cut them off". The manager lady keeps talking to my attendant in their language and is disregarding me and is talking me in circles about what I should do. Asks if I want a color I say No. I end up being charged $25 for a manicure as well. It's not the money, it's the principal. LISTEN TO YOUR CLIENTS. you lost a customer in me.

I tried to give this place a second chance but nope. The most horrible place . The manager is super greedy. The first time I went to get acrylics with my daughter (5 years ago ) we gave the lady the tip which was 6 dollars so three each . Mind you we got short one color nothing special . So a tip is a tip then the lady come out running demanding 5 each. I said no I tipped I proceeded to my car.
Then today I went again I called before going in. I asked how much for coffin and medium and she said 40. Because they charge for shape .
So i walked in with a 100 dollars & she saw & kept looking at my money then she asked what I wanted . I said medium & was thinking about shape still then the husband came & started to do my nails & I asked what I wanted . I asked how much for just medium square he said 35 . So when it was time to pay she gives me 60 dollars but I didnt really pay attention and tipped him 5 dollars then I was like why do I only have 55 still . Then I told her he said 35 & then she tried to say he doesn’t know nothing& since it’s the end of the year price goes up and 5 dollars for shape . & I kept telling her I didn’t get a shape or gel & she just played dumb.
It’s truly disappointing when they take advantage.

Over all they do a good job. I always get the 9:30am so that I'm out of there within an hour. You call to make an apt and they are accommodating with the time and services you need. You can always request a specific technician but over all they are all good.

For years I received my mani and pedicures services with this business and I was pleased. The past couple years, however, that began to change in a negative way. They schedule a lot more than they can handle, making you wait before your scheduled appointment (defeating the purpose of a scheduling an appointment). Today I scheduled an appointment, drove 30 minutes to this spa, for the manager to tell me to return 4 hours later.
I will not be returning to this establishment and if you are scheduled for an appointment here, expect it to take longer than expected.

This was my first time coming to this nail salon and it will be the last. My nails look too chunky and look like a child has painted them. The lady who did my nails made me bleed multiple times. One of my nails were broken so I needed to redo it and I had to pay $3 extra for one nail. Not to mention I had to pay extra for changing the shape of my nails. The staff were friendly but the service was poor.
