They were out of some things, but they offered me reasonable substitutes. Lobby is clean, ordering was super easy, and the employees and drinks were great! I will definitely be returning to this location.

Countless of times I give this location (meridianville) a chance to redeem themselves. I absolutely love dunkin but what I don’t love is half the time the coffee is made bitter/sour or tastes water downed. Today my boyfriend and I went to this location as we occasionally do and we order. The service was great at the start. We got our food and drinks and we tried to ask the lady at the window why the drinks tasted so watered down and she just shuts the window in our face and never returns. I feel like it was very unprofessional and rude. In no way shape or form were we rude on how we asked the question we just wanted some clarification as to why the drink was watered down as bad as it was. Anyways I don’t think we will be back at this location, sad to say.

this location is the absolute worst. don’t even bother coming on your way to work in the morning, you’ll sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes and then have to pull off because you’re already late. it’s no better on the weekends. the staff barely say anything to you, they won’t confirm your order they make you just pull up, and they refuse to get even the most basic orders right. i’m sure it’s mostly due to lack of proper training, but the employees act like they don’t care either way. i love dunkin but i don’t think i’ll be returning to this location.

I'm giving 3* because the people there are very friendly so I don't want to completely blow them up, but it is 50/50 on whether or not you're going to get what you order. I use the app all the time, so it should not be difficult. Just this morning, what I got was not what I ordered and I had an item missing on top of that. This is why I 've gone from 2-3 visits a week to 2-3 visits a year. I probably should reduce those visits even more.

Staff is so friendly and the drinks looked awesome off the bat. They got every customization right and the food was hot and delicious. Shoutout to the drive thru worker. He’s awesome.

(I don’t understand the low rating of this Dunkin. They’re definitely way better than any Dunkin in Huntsville.)

At least a ten minute wait 3 times in a row in the drive thru. Employees act like they don't wanna be there. They don't say a word half the time .
Sub par service and sub par coffee and doughnuts. Go to Krispy Kreme

I never even got my food, that I paid for with the app. There were only 3 people ahead of me, but after almost 15 minutes of waiting, I had to just go to work.

Sat in line for 45 minutes, got charged for my coffee then forgot about at the window. She came up and tried to give me the order behind me and tried to charge me for that order. I was then told to pull around front and they would bring my SINGLE coffee out. After 10 minutes out front, I just left with no coffee.
