Based on our experience, I would caution potential partners against considering DR HC's dropshipping program. The absence of a reliable customer service line and the low quality of their products were significant drawbacks. Some labels were fading, you couldn't read them, the name of our company were crooked.and their answered to our complaint were

My Honest Experience with DR.HC Cosmetic Lab

I’m truly disappointed with my experience working with DR.HC Cosmetic Lab. As a business owner, I expected professionalism and quality, but what I received fell far short.

After sending my logo for mock-ups, I was told it didn’t meet their standards, yet no effort was made to offer a proper solution. When I simplified the logo per their request, they turned around and tried to charge me again for what they called a “new” project—despite already paying $200 upfront for their services.

The mock-ups provided were subpar and didn’t reflect the professional quality I was looking for. Instead of addressing the issues and making it right, they refused to adjust the designs without more fees. Worse, they have a strict no-refund policy, leaving me stuck with results I wasn’t happy with and no way to recoup my investment.

Any reputable company should prioritize customer satisfaction and be flexible enough to correct their mistakes without charging their clients extra. It’s clear that DR.HC Cosmetic Lab is more interested in taking your money than delivering quality results.

I won’t be using their services again, and I caution anyone considering them to be prepared for a frustrating experience and rigid policies that put the company’s bottom line ahead of customer satisfaction.

Wow!! This stuff is a miracle worker!!
I was gifted this amazing product by my best friend. I suffer from hyperpigmentation, large pores, acne, scarring, and oily skin and hadn’t found a product that could improve every single issue I had AND MORE until this stuff right here. Kojic acid has scientifically proven to do miracles to the skin because of the antioxidants and antimicrobial benefits that it produces. I used this product everyday until I used up the bottle and these were my results… My hyperpigmentation and scarring are almost nonexistent at this point, my skin texture has improved immensely, acne is gone and my large pores are no longer an issue! Oh and my skin is so soft and almost airbrushed looking that I don’t have to wear much makeup to hide all the skin issues I had! I’m telling you, this stuff should be in everyone’s skincare routine because it benefits every type of skin!

Please be cautious when dealing with this company. They have a history of charging customers and then delivering subpar service and products without offering refunds. Rather than viewing you as a partner or new point of sale, they may consider you a competitor.

Additionally, they offer a Shopify store service through an individual named "Kate," who is listed as an approved Shopify store builder on their website. I paid $1,795 to "Kate" via Zelle, but when I decided to cancel the project with DRHC, she refused to refund my payment without providing any services. It is important to note that "Kate" and DRHC appear to be part of the same team and company.

Additionally, I’m pretty sure that the reviews of 5 stars are fake!

Mình biết đến DrC rất tình cờ trong 1 lần lang thang trên mạng từ cách đây 6-7 năm trước gì đó cơ. K nhớ được chính xác nhưng khi đó k search về mỹ phẩm đâu, tìm đọc về chủ đề gì đó xong nhảy ra thế nào mà lại biết đến DrC. Cũng dùng thử và nghiện nhất là kem CC. Mỏng nhẹ mướt mà tự nhiên, không bị khô cakey cũng chẳng đổ dầu (trước đây da hh thiên dầu mà giờ da thành khô lun chứ 🤦‍♀️) nh khi vội chấm vài chấm lên mặt rồi thoa như kem dưỡng á xong đi luôn vẫn ok hehe. Trước thì cũng hay mua nh đồ lắm xong bẵng chừng 3-4 năm đổ lại ngưng do tính hay thích thử nhiều loại mới khác nhau. Gần đây mới quyết quay lại và vẫn luôn là ưng kem cc nhất. Kế đến thì là kem chống nắng các loại của Chị Châu đều rất thích vì nhẹ nhàng mà có dưỡng nữa. Không bị trắng hay bết như 1 số kem, cũng không bị cồn hay bất cứ mùi hoá học gì. Không bí da tí nào. Bôi cũng nhanh veo như kem dưỡng 😆

I used products from Dr C some years ago since the time she started her business in Japan. Now, I'm so happy that I can buy her product in the U.S. I have sensitive skin, that's why I'm quite picky about choosing skincare products. I'm glad that I found her lab. All products from Dr. C lab are super good for people with all types of skins! Definitely want to become your family member because I'm addicting to these amazing products! Đặt trọn niềm tin và ấn nút đặt hàng, đến bây giờ mình thật sự cảm ơn DR.HC rất nhiều vì đã cho ra đời những sản phẩm vừa lành tính, đến mẹ bầu cũng dùng được nữa, và lại mang đến hiệu quả rõ rệt trên làn da của mình! Do đang học tập tại Pháp nên mình đã được dùng rất nhiều các dược mỹ phẩm đa dạng khác nhau, từ thương hiệu bình dân đến cao cấp mà vẫn chưa tìm được "chân ái". Đến với DR.HC qua một lần tình cờ xem được kênh youtube DR. CHAU JAPAN & USA, mình đã tốn thời gian tìm hiểu rất kỹ luôn, từ bảng thành phần sản phẩm đến tất cả các hướng dẫn làm đẹp của DR. CHAU! Một điều chắc chắn rằng mình sẽ mua lại sản phẩm của lab và giới thiệu đến người thân và bạn bè cùng biết đến và sử dụng sản phẩm của DR.HC để mọi người ngày càng khỏe đẹp hơn! I LOVE DR.HC ^^
