If you have medi-cal don't come here. Extremely rude doctor. went in with an infection in my tooth that had spread to my throat, when I asked for antibiotics he said it'll be a waste because it won't cure it. He said he can't do anything for me and to go to a dentist. He said my parents should have taken me to a dentist when I was younger in an extremely rude way. And explained he doesn't make money off medical patients and that he even loses money on them. And at the end of the month he gets compensated only 5 to 10 dollars back for medical patients. And when I started asking questions he would interrupt me to see if I heard what he said prior and asked me to repeat every word back to him. I'm a 32 year old business owner and provider for my family and never have I been treated like a broke pestering child by a doctor. He started yelling at me saying I talk too much as I was leaving and when I turned around to confront him he finally falls silent. I called my insurance provider immediately afterwards and filed a grievance complaint. This man shouldn't have a license. Now I'm leaving with the same infection thats getting worse with no treatment.

Don’t go here. The doctors don’t provide any care to you and his exact words are “your insurance is so trash and I only can collect so little money from it, so I am going to do much for you. And I don’t want to waste my time to refer you to any specialist. Don’t ask any questions because I have seen a of you cheap people using cheap insurance since this morning and I haven’t got a chance to eat lunch and I am hungry so you have to go!” So they basically get you in and get your copayment and kick you out. No prescription no test no referral would be made and verbally insulting you being cheap for using a cheap hmo insurance.
没有道德的东西。你连做人你连做人都不配还能做医生？既然觉得别人保险垃圾你捞不到钱就别收别人保险。来看你还不是听人说你随时都可以约到。约看你也就是让你快点转诊，你也就这点作用了。你自己也就只配看这些便宜的保险了，所以不要再侮辱你的病人。你得知道你自己就是个垃圾。

I began seeing Dr. Liu in 2012 in an "Urgent Care" situation. After that I switched permanently. He reviews my records everytime I'm there, and keeps me up to date on all my vacccinations, etc. He also is very good about keeping a close eye on genetic possibilities such as diabetes.
Dr. Liu's has "the BEST staff in all the land."
The Receptionists are always friendly while remaining professional. They take care of patient business IMMEDIATELY. The Nurse is thorough, professional, and PAINLESS.
The best thing I ever did was walk in to Dr. Liu's office in 2012.

我去拿我的检查报告， 前台说要问医生，医生同意了才能给，但是第一次有一项结果没出来，前台说会给我打电话，我一直没等到电话所以去问，前台说要问医生，医生同意了才能给，第一次都问过医生而且医生已经同意为什么还要再 问，太耽误时间了，而且医生去吃午饭没回来，她们说不知道什么时候才能回来，你们医院这么不遵守时间吗？
