Big shout out to the lovely ladies who were there at the store today. Each one of them took the time to ensure the customers were well taken care of. Huge thank you and appreciation to Skye for helping me pick out my first ever pair of Dr Martens.

She went out of her way to help me try on different styles, and went as far as to demonstrate how to apply the Wonder Balsam to the boots. Skye was even sweet enough to write out instructions for the Balsam application.

I called the store in hoping they did surveys for employees, but it sounds like leaving a raving review is the next best option.

Walked away in new boots, double layered socks, and Wonder Balsam to keep my new 1460 Bex Dr Martens. I couldn’t be happier with my first experience. Thank you all!

I bought my first Dr Martens online after wanting them since high school. I'm 51. I lived in NJ during my high school years. The only way I knew to get them back then was to go to NYC Greenwich Village. The places that had them didn't have my size. After my first purchase of mid calf boots I was made aware of this location. Grateful. In need of new work shoes I went and found what I wanted. Awesome to see a Dr Martens store! 😁 Staff were very helpful, patient.

Emily, Trein, and Sky were knowledgeable about their products, kind, helpful and friendly. They were all incredibly patient with my high energy child and even let her try one some shoes even though the shoes were too big they gave lots of compliments. 10/10 would recommend.

Went to store with my hubby and had strange looks at us and I understand that being a gay couple it's hard to show since it is placer county. But it just made us feel very uncomfortable. It was the I don't know the pronouns but it was a person that had long black hair.

I had the best experience in the store today. I wish I could remember their names but both sales people were so helpful and friendly. I came in to try on a pair of loafers for my Christmas wishlist and per the associates suggestion, I found the exact pair that I’ll be asking Santa for. Thanks management for hiring quality employees and thank you guys for being so awesome today. Also, I don’t usually leave reviews but they deserved me taking the time to post it.

Incredibly overdue 5star review, but I didn’t forget! I have had two fantastic experiences with this store. I am new to Docs as I am typically a vans wearer, so this has been a whole new world for me, a great world! My wife & I stopped by earlier this year I snagged two pairs of shoes, 1460 & 1461 and my wife got some awesome sandals. I typically wear my boots more and they have been having the standard boot wear and tear however my low tops were having a strange peeling issue that seemed not normal based off Reddit lol, phone call to the store and in person. After a super positive phone call, I was told to stop by to speak with the manager. Emily, the manager has been awesome! She remembered me from my first visit when I got the shoes, which is so cool! She even remembered my wife getting the sandals! She did a swap for me with no questions asked. Afterwards, we chatted a bit about shoe care, the dos and don’ts and basic Doc info for a worrisome new Doc wearer like myself! Thank you to Emily, Sky/Skyler (I think ?) & the rest of the Galleria Dr. Martens team! We will only buy our Docs here, y’all got us locked in! Thank you:)!!!
