I walked in again no appointment and the ladies were great! However not even a day after my gel manicure started to peel off. Not sure what happened, but am super disappointed.

I walked in with no appointment, and they could take me right away. My gel manicure was beautiful! Natural how i wanted it the first time. Another time it was girly! Love this place

I come here all the time, but unfortunately on my last visit some older lady that i’d never seen before did my manicure. I don’t know if she had an attitude towards me, but she was really rough with my hands and was kind of passive aggressive. Also they were out of 3 different colors i wanted from the catalog. I just put through it but after i’d left the place i realized that she MISSED the top gel coat on one of my nails. It’s very noticeable and I’m definitely not happy for the money i’ve spent at Diva.

When I called this shop they said it’s $30 to do an acrylic refill with gel color. After they finished I was charged $40 because she took off 2.5 of the old acrylic (she calls it a take off fee ) but there were only 2.5 of the fingers that she decided to take off & never asked me if I wanted them to be taken off & the take off was ver painful. Then, she never too me she would charge me a full $10 for take off service when she tried to take off only 2.5 fingers. Very unprofessional & she kept forgetting to file my nails evenly. I’ve had to keep on asking her to refill them straight. Disappointing.

I arrived very excited until the ladies put a man to practice on my nails, he left them badly placed and to the side, HORRIBLE. 4 days later I dropped one, I visited them and they put it on again THANK GOD they didn't even charge me, and two days later I dropped 4 nails on the same day! Really its a TERRIBLE SERVICE...
The man didn't even file my nails before putting the tip 🤢 please don't let him do your nails ....

So I went in a few weeks ago and the only thing I like about this place was the gel color I was able to get. Honestly this mani/pedi was basic af. I don’t remember their names but I asked the manicurist to remove my gel x nails and she didn’t even remove all of it. Also instead of soaking the nails to remove them, she tried to pull them off with twizzers and that was after she just randomly started cutting my nails in a rush to get them off faster. She ended up bluntly cutting my actual nails which sucks because I was trying to grow them out. Definitely not worth the price tbh

I came in for gel removal and left with nails like this. I haven’t worn gel or any polish for over a year so I know I have healthy nails. Definitely disappointed and wouldn't return for this service.
