The worst customer service. They sent me the wrong item and, instead of a refund (because the box had been opened), they offered me nothing. After much back and forth, I was finally refunded the difference between what I paid (for the more expensive item) and what I received (less expensive item and not at all what I ordered).
I am so glad to have cancelled my subscription with them,

This company is a SCAM. IF you ever have to make a return for your very expensive skin care products you think you are getting a deal on, they will ask you to send back the product and show the proof of shipment. I have done this twice totally over $600 and still they have kept my money and my product both times. I have sent pictures of my receipts from the post office as they have sked and they do not honor returns. I believe this is a bad company that is not interested in improving or making good on returns. They literally steal your money. I am here to warn all of you buyers and I am reporting them to the BBB, which I am sure this is not the first time for them.sad.

Dermstore is awful. The customer service is unhelpful and won’t get back to me when they said they sent my order then turned around and cancelled it, refunded my money but won’t give me the Black Friday deal I initially ordered with. So they held onto my money for a month. I have called and emailed 5 times. Keep getting the run around. Do not order from them!!

Absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Do not buy from this store. I purchased a $150 serum and then sent me a sunscreen that retails for $40 and was on sale. I contacted them and the forced me to return the sunscreen, wait to process the return 2-4 weeks and then they would send correct product. I just had a baby and it was so hard to get out of the house to run this meaningless errand but they held my money ransom till I sent the product back. After weeks of waiting usps lost the product (they provided the label) and they are still not refunding my money! Never ever purchase from them!!!

I returned $200 worth of product as I didn't receive the "use the app" discount mentioned .. here's where the nightmare began ..
I returned the product USPS had the tracking number .... I received an automated email 10 days later that product was received by the warehouse in NJ and I would receive a refund 5-10 working days ...
2 weeks goes by no refund .. they now say no they don't have record of return and need copy of tracking receipt ...so I email to them .. another week goes by and several days and calls later .. still they say no record of return and I cannot receive my refund !
I contacted my credit card company with proof of tracking /delivery to warehouse which showed date and time package received and original email from Dermstore return dept that it was received ... !! Crazy
Refund was finally processed through Chase about a month later ... save yourself the headache do not buy from Dermstore !

DO NOT buy from this company. IF everything goes according to plan (which happened on my first order, got the correct product delivered on time), it’s fine. But if anything does wrong, or you try to return it… it becomes a NIGHTMARE. Worst, most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with.
Not worth the discounts. Stay away. But your stuff somewhere else. Anywhere.

This company is a scam do not purchase from here! They delivered to the wrong address, a 200 dollar order abd then told me it's my fault, no re delivery or refund! I'm supposed to eat the 200 charge! They are crazy. Had to report as fraud with my credit card company and got my money back but a total nightmare! Stay away from them!!!!

I ordered some Obagi products, and they came in a timely matter in its original packing. I had been worried since I read the other reviews after ordering, but luckily, I had no issues, and you really can't beat the prices and sales this site offers. I'm just not sure if the savings are worth worrying about if my products will even arrive....
