Muy mal servicio fui y salí lastimada tengo fotos asta una bola me salió de lo lastimada que me dejaron y la mujer cabello negro que atiende fue grosera porfavor no vayan a ese lugar cada masage vale 200 y tamales toda lastimada ese lugar es lo Peor que e visitado casi roban mi dinero (Very bad service, I went and came out hurt and the black-haired woman who served was rude, I think her name is Sonia. Please do not go to that place. Each massage costs 200 and tamales. All hurt. That place is the worst I have ever visited. They almost stole my money.

A beautiful facility with great customer service, and a level of professionalism that made me feel very comfortable. They listened to my concerns and made recommendations that I am extremely satisfied with. I’ve had several of their treatments performed, and I’ve been satisfied with them all. Though you can never expect perfection when it comes to these type of things, I can tell you that I feel better about myself and I will continue going back for their services. I would recommend them to anyone that’s looking for a place to try any of these treatments that they offer. Thank you to Patty and her staff for always being extremely thoughtful and professional.

Sadly, this group doesn't care about patients. They won't remember anything about their clients, will dismiss and hang up on you, and don't even take the proper notes to make you feel comfortable that they know what they are talking about when it is time to move forward with the procedure. I am deeply disappointed in my experience with Sonia and Patty. From what I read Patty is the one who gets poor reviews for customer service. But Sonia really left a poor taste in my mouth. I thought everything was good and well, until literally the day before my scheduled appointment when I hadn't received any follow up after the thanksgiving break. I called multiple times and left multiple messages, finally I was able to get a hold of Sonia who didn't remember me, didnt remember the treatment I needed, lied to me and try to pass it off as if I had originally talked to Patty the first time instead of her and asked me to text her information about the type of treatment I needed. Yes.. I am happy to provide that, but they were also huge red flags that did not make me feel comfortable as a patient. When I tried to voice my concerns and ask why we even booked the appointment to begin with she said "she did not like my tone" and "if its so much for me to send her information we can cancel the appointment". Very disappointing and speaks volumes to the type of care she provides in her practice. I certainly wasn't going to have her perform any type of procedure on me. There is no shortage of dermatology related skincare providers in the Los Angeles area. Find a practice that will provide you with the care and respect you deserve.

Had a little Ultherapy around my eyes by medical practitioner Patty, she did an amazing job , two weeks later and I still look like she's taking off a good 10 years. Very tranquil and professional facility with great pricing on their surfaces. I am more than happy to give Dermix a 5-star review, refer all my friends and because will definitely be back.

Very nice place. I'm a fan of a hydrafacial! My skin looks and feels amazing after it, and I love the little scrubber they use to gently take off the top skin layer. Feels good !

I come here for facial treatments every couple of weeks. I see their PA Adriana - she's incredible and Patty, the founder, is such a character. I love coming here.
