Went online to check for stock for a 90 degree 3 inch pipes, saw it on Ace Defaults website for $5.99; went in store was $9.99. mentioned it to the checkout they sent me to the back and got yelled at for asking what's a pretty common shopping experience these days.. you match to your online store front.

There argument being this isn't connected to ace. Well then maybe you guys need to disconnect your store from their website because it's fully missleading and a 67% price increase, yieks.

VERY HELPFUL SERVICE ! I needed to rejuvenate a couple of cast iron planter stands....both very rusty. My wife and I popped in here on Tuesday afternoon to have a look. We were directed to the paint section by a helpful female cashier. CHUCK IS THE MAN ! And we were told to look for Chuck the paint expert. Within seconds we found Chuck and he took us to the kill rust product I was looking for. He also suggested I could paint over it afterwards. PROBLEM SOLVED ! So we bought a spray can of kill rust paint and a spray can of black enamel paint to go over that. GOOD STORE !

Went online to check prices and see if they were the right price when I got to First got here try to talk to the manager and the sales person and they kept arguing And tell me that they didn't have a website and then after everything said and done after I paid their price which was $20 more and they told me if I want I could go on their website with throw it off to the website and get the price on what I purchase overpaid for I'd get a cheaper 30 minutes sitting at the counter talking to the service manager and maybe the owner that came over And at the end of saying all that to me saying they didn't have a website I was wrong they were right they told me to go to their website and order it online next time Fake people fake managers fake workers all fake would not refer anyone to come here at all They will try to go deeper and deeper into your pockets to rip you off

Always friendly at check out. Keep your receipt for returns if needed. Store staff are always helpful. Only 1 fuddy dud out of the knowledgeable clerks. They stock more than you would imagine.
