Excellent customer service, and lots of selection. Has outdoor seating which is great because of the nice weather coming out. A lot of ice creams are Originals especially the flavors, the portions are nice also. They have Chase and fresh juices and all kinds of other types of appetizers that are not advertised on their website. One thing we really are looking forward to is the Fritos from Mexico that are chorizo flavor

Been here twice. The first time I got an ice cream and it tasted like chemicals and was a really weird sticky consistency. The second time I waited 10 minutes before being greeted by a middle aged gentleman who was in the back while myself and another customer stood there confused if they were closed or not. Which by the way they were not (7pm on a Saturday). No apologies were given, instead he had an attitude and said they didn’t have crepes anymore. Will not be returning.

I really don’t know how this place gets business with this horrible attitude of service. This was the first time we came here. The kids were excited to get some ice cream. When we came in, there was no body in the front counter. We waited for over 5 minutes, finally a guy came out from the back. We brought 4 kids, each of the first 3 kids asked to taste test one flavor of ice cream. When it was the fourth kid’s turn, the guy literally said “enough?” to my 4 yo. The whole time that guy was being so grumpy. When I asked him questions about different flavors of ice cream, he just seemed so annoyed. He was giving us the vibe of “get out of here” even we were polite to him. If it wasn’t because the kids were excited for ice cream, I would have walked out right away. I didn’t give him any tips, in my option, bad service does not deserve any tips. P.S. there was nothing special about their ice cream

Stopped in here about 5:15 on Tuesday, October 22nd. I ordered a coffee (they call it starbucks flavor) shake to go. The shake was okay, medium/smallish size and decent flavor, but I was charged $11 for it.

They don't post prices inside, so make sure you ask how much something costs before you order, or you'll find yourself ripped off like I was.

Worst customer service I have ever had, and it wasn't even near the closing time (went at 6:30 PM on Saturday). Took out-town guests there too. What an embarrassment! The inside of the shop was hot. Bro too stingy to even turn on the AC
