Been dealing with Ms. Sierra and had to do a name title change on multiple vehicles. She has great communication skills in person and through emails, answers promptly and has been very helpful so that I can renew all tags. Have never had a bad experience. Just wish renewals were a little cheaper. The tax is outrageous but has nothing to do with the workers. If you treat them with respect they will treat you that way as well.

Very Rude and disrespectful Has no customer service skills and needs training on how to treat people! She got mad when I wanted to speak with the manager and threatened to sue me for taking a picture. Which is legal, she has to remember she works for the public and not a private business.

The absolute worst customer service and knowledge based associates I have ever encountered in my life! Imagine having to go to 3 different clerks twice because they each didn’t know protocol so they literally make up rules on the spot to ultimately send the customer away and have them go to the next associate! The first rep stated all we needed was proof of insurance, the next rep stated the proof needs to be on letter head from the insurance office (and not just the card), the THIRD rep stated the letter generated from the corporate headed quarters and sent through the insurance representative then sent to me needed to be signed…-___-. All of this just to get a registration tag. I HATE THIS LOCATION with my full being. If they finally ever get an online system to generate registrations and IDs like the rest of the world, I look forward to the day this place goes out of business.

Excellent service today renewing my car tags. Me-maw should be ashamed charging so much every year for stickers. We low fixed income seniors have a hard time choking that down.

For the past 20 years I've always dreaded going to the Dale county DMV! I completely understand that they have rules and regulations to follow. What I don't understand is why they always have a negative attitude? Please try to do better!

My husband and I are new to the Wiregrass area and had a great experience at the Dale County Motor Vehicle Department. We called the office, as we were unsure of all that was needed, and had a pleasant conversation with Tasha Brown. Ms. Brown was patient in answering all of our questions and assisted by emailing a checklist of all that is required for registering our vehicles. This checklist was most helpful! When we came to the office, we were assisted by Mischelle Andrews. Ms. Andrews is great w/ pleasant conversation and recommendations on local events. Ms. Andrews was very patient as we pulled each required document for registering our vehicles. Thank you for the great customer service experience!!!!

I am military and use USAA insurance for my daughter’s car. She lives between her mom and I in two different states and goes to school. She goes to get her tag in Alabama and they’re rude as everything to my young daughter made her cry so II am military and use USAA insurance for my daughters car. She goes to get her tag in Alabama and they’re rude as everything to my young daughter made her cry so I call and they rude to me a military member. Who uses USAA insurance for the reason of military and live in between states I get down to like I’m a five year old the most incredibly rude people I’ve ever dealt with. I would say Iraqi and Afghan businesses or what more well Bannard than Dale county, Alabama if you’re in the military stay away from this county they are not military and they’re very rude.
