The service I received was far from good. I am not from the area but whenever we visit my mom comes to this nail salon. She has never had issues but it was not the case for me. I walked in and made it clear to the manager that my nails were my natural nails and that I wanted clear powder with gel on top. She told me no problem. When I sat down with a nail tech, I told her the same exact thing. I made it clear over 20 times that my nails were not acrylics but were natural. She then proceeded to go in with the cuticle clippers and remove the polish. She broke 2 of my nails because she assumed they were acrylics. Instead of also filing down the broken nails and making them even. She left them how she broke them. The nail tech was using the drill to file down the powder and gel but she was being rough since the start. She was doing my nails as if she was in a rush. I moved my hands away and told her I didn't want her to use the drill anymore because she was being rough. I told her to soak off my nails with acetone and that the powder would melt off. She still did not listen, she soaked my nails for maybe 10 seconds and would go back to the drill. She didn't fully remove the powder. The manager and the nail tech told me that it wasn't powder but it was my natural nail. Which wasn't true. They tried to persuade me on getting a free nail design as an apology for breaking my nails. The nail tech didn't apologize for breaking them or for being rough on my nails. I was not content with my nails. The polish looks clumpy on some nails and the shape isn't the same on all fingers.
The manager tried charging me full price on my nails, knowing that they broke my nails. When I told her that, she lowered it to $40. Regardless I paid it. Later on, I called back to ask for a refund because it didn't sit right with me that I had to pay for bad service. The manager was adamant on giving me my refund, she wanted me to come in and get them fixed. When I would repeatedly tell her no. She told me to leave my name and that she would call me back in an hour. She never did. I called again the next day and same thing. She kept telling me to come in to get it fixed. I told her I was leaving town the next day and wanted to get this situation settled. The manager gave me her personal number and told me to send pictures of my nails so we could issue the refund. I did. The manager dragged out the situation when this could've been solved immediately. I had to message her again this morning for my refund and finally she did. I don't appreciate how they were trying to brush off the situation and took so long to refund me. It was very unprofessional to drag out this situation. I would not recommend this place. I do hope that they improve their service.

“I was so happy to discover this hidden gem! From the moment I walked in, I felt pampered and cared for by the wonderful estheticians. I got lash extensions, and I can confidently say these are the best lashes I’ve ever had! They made me feel so beautiful, like a true princess. The attention to detail and respect from the staff made the experience even more enjoyable. The pedicure was incredibly relaxing, and the Gel-X full set was flawless and elegant. Beware of anyone running a business who steals someone’s personal information and orders $1800 of products to be shipped to their salon. I don’t care if she’s the world’s best nail tech. She is a thief!

They have no respect for their customers. I drive all the way here and she told me she doesn’t have time for me because I was 10 minutes late.
