I have been coming to this nail salon for 10+ years. Seen it change hands a few times. Most of the time I have had a good experience. Today was not one of those times. I paid my bill and left after getting attitude from the tech who had done a horrible job. Sat in my car for a few minutes then decided to go back inside to talk to the manager. Explained why I was not happy with the service. The manager had another tech fix what the first one should have done. The manager was nice and tried to make it right. At least I am not as concerned about how my hands look after Daisy fixed what the first one did. I don't know if I will go back again.

We had appointments today. I was scheduled to get a pedicure, soak off my acrylics and get a regular manicure. My pedicure was fine, no complaints, which is why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1.
They didn’t soak my acrylics off during my pedicure which is nice when other salons offer that. It’s definitely a time saver. So after my pedicure they sit me at a station to start soaking. After 15 minutes sitting there I look around and my tech is now doing a pedicure. After a few more minutes a new tech, I assume is the owner, told me she would finish my service. I told her I just wanted them soaked off and a manicure, no polish. She drilled down some of the melting acrylic and told me to soak for only 7 more minutes, 15 minutes later she came back to drill it down more and told me only 3 more minutes. By that point she left a paper towel there I grabbed it and started wiping away the goo of melted acrylic. She came back after another 15 minutes when I told her I was done. I no longer wanted the manicure. Just get me out of there. She had the nerve to tell me my cuticles were very dry. I said “well yeah my hands were drenched in acetone for an hour, what else should they look like?!” I left with acrylic still on my nail beds, charged the 10 bucks for soaking off. Acrylic is all over my fingers and palms. And there was no apology from them. Instead it was my fault because the acrylic held on too tight to my nails. I should’ve been filed more than twice in a 1 hour period.
Note for the owner: if you guys are so concerned about time, that you are double booking clients then you really should have some time saving steps in place. Soak off the nails during the pedicures. This saves you time, and the clients. We won’t be returning.

Love love love this place!!! They are are so good at their job. But my fav is hands down Michelle. I'm sure they all do this But she takes her time to do it right everytime and it's very apprecated by me.

Me and two of my bridesmaids came in for pedicures yesterday. Two of us asked for acrylic on our toes to shape them short and square. My toes were left so long I looked like I had talons, even asking again to go shorter. My friends nails didn’t even look like a different shape from her normal nails and we’re too short. I also just asked for white acrylic with a top coat and she told me no I should do gel… so I picked a glitter gel and don’t like the color. I asked if we should put a white underneath the glitter and she looked said no, it’s pretty. I think it was different than the one I picked but after sitting there for an hour and a half+ I was ready to leave. None of us got the “8 minute” massage that was included in the pedicure that we picked and I paid $101 just for mine… I understand acrylic is expensive and an add on but I did not want gel as well. I tried speaking up and they were nice but just didn’t listen to what we wanted and I’m very disappointed. I had to go home and file down my nails my self and the acrylic is soooo thick it looks odd and they are still so long

We’ve come here quite a few times over the years. The location is clean and they are usually great about walk ins. I’ve never left my happy with my nails. My only complaint is I wish some of the techs were friendlier. At times you can sit through a whole set listening to the talk amongst each other while saying next to nothing to you, hence the 4 not five stars. Prices are fair compared to others in the valley.

I need to address the obvious. I’ve thought about posting this for two weeks but after my third tip just now broke off, a review was necessary. The photo. That was 2 days after my fill on a brand new set they did. I can name her but I won’t. She was annoyed and asked what I did to break it. Clearly so rough and had the drill set so high she literally burned my real nail completely off to the skin! Never in my 27 years of having acrylic nails has that EVER happened! Small burns yes. Frustrating but sadly normal. But this!! Unacceptable! She even giggled and said sorry. I still have no idea if I’ll get infected or if my nail will fall off. It’s only been 2 weeks. Since walking in there 4 weeks ago I’ve been in 3 times. 1st time was because my nail tech had Covid so I randomly chose a salon to do my nails until she feels well. The owner lady at the front insisted I get a new set because she felt my nails looked so bad they needed it. I never get new sets! I said no thanks. Let’s just do a backfill but I never take them completely off. She clipped them off without my consent saying she’ll discount it. She was so unbelievably rough that I had to ask for someone else! I’ve also never experienced that ever! Since I chose pink and white I decided to also get my fill there so the pink matched. That’s when the burn happened and since then 3 tips have broken off. Literally just the tip where the plastic was glued on. Had they done a backfill like I requested I may have passed on the bad review but I just can’t in good conscience let someone else go here without knowing. Their product is garbage and 3 staff are extremely rough. If the business decides to deny this I will absolutely name all three of you just so you know. New customers, choose wisely! Salons are a dime a dozen! Ive pic to reference where each tip breaks off! I did have her work around the burn because I can’t leave a paper thin nail as they tore them so thin ripping them off instead of soaking. Still healing!

I came in for a dip manicure, and initially, everything seemed fine. They started the process, but then another customer arrived late for her appointment. The nail technician stopped working on me, asked me to move to another seat, and started working on the other customer. I ended up waiting an additional 25 minutes until someone else could finish my nails.

While my nails turned out cute, the customer service left a lot to be desired. It would have been much better if they had informed me upfront that the technician might not be able to finish my nails if the other appointment showed up. That way, I could have decided whether to stay or go somewhere else. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I didn’t feel valued as a customer.

2 day update... 1 nail broke.
