I came in on December 8th 2024 and had my gel x removed. The woman who removed them confidently began to drill the nails off. There were moments I was squirming in my seat in pain (my thumb and index fingers) I just thought well, she is doing this so confidently she must know what she is doing? She finished and charged me $20. I left and IMMEDIATELY knew she destroyed my nails. My finger tips and nails were extremely painful. For weeks after they were throbbing in pain. I have NEVER had any issues getting my nails done, I have healthy nails. I sent these photos to my friend who is a licensed mail tech on the east coast and she told me without hesitation that this woman just destroyed my nails and it will take MONTHS for them to heal. It is now Feb 2nd and they are still paper thin and break any time there is any growth at all. I am unable to open any medications at work (I am a nurse) this has affected me in so many ways. I am legit traumatized from this experience and scared to ever get my nails done at a random salon again.

Kelly did my nails a few weeks ago and they are absolutely amazing! I showed her a picture off Instagram and asked if she could recreate them. Kelly said “no problem” and got to work hand painting each nail 1 by 1! They turned out spectacular and the amount of comments I have gotten on them I can’t count. Go see Kelly for your nails

Got acrylic nails done and a pedicure and I’m in love. Everyone there was sooooo nice and made the experience very enjoyable. A young man did my nails and he did such an amazing job. He made my nails look just like the picture I showed him and accommodated the shape I wanted. I will be returning and I highly recommend going there.

I’d give the nail tech his own separate rating of 5/5. My experience outside of the service I didn’t like too much. I was charged $20 more than another client next to me who got the same service done and one of the male nail techs had a slight attitude w/ me for unknown reasons.

I wish I could give “Jim/James” a 5 star review separately but this is an overall business review. Sadly there are more cons than pros. My daughter, mother and I were all served in the same visit. My mom’s service was decent but she also doesn’t wear acrylics or get her nails done in general, so I’ll Leave her out. My daughter had the owner, Crystal and I had her son. We both had provided photos of our nail vision, but were seated on opposite ends of the salon. With that said, my daughter was completely overhauled and was literally told “No, black is not pretty. I’ll do pink!” My daughter then asked if she could do a matte finish, and again, “You won’t like matte, shiny and glitter is good for you!” Then my daughter reiterated that she just wanted gel polish, to which she proceeded to grab a sparkly pink dip powder. Meanwhile, I was very impressed with my technician. He was meticulous, precise in achieving my ideal shape and intricate designs. He never once inserted his opinion. I appreciated his effort to achieve the exact replica of my photo. By the time I was reunited with my daughter, she was miserable, annoyed and just wanted to get out of the chair. She was even more upset when she saw how amazing my nails turned out. Crystal then tallied up our bill which got for 3 people ended up being $300 BEFORE tip. I thought $80/ acrylic set (with 4 fingers of design-$5/ea) is kinda steep. She also charged the same for my daughter who had dip done. At that point I just decided to leave and promised my daughter to request the son when her set grew out. They accept all forms of payment but kinda force cash on you with an atm in the room. Overall the owner is constantly in a frenzy and makes the atmosphere uncomfortable with her lack of customer service skills. Jim is worth the high ticket price but that is all. I would’ve recommended against coming here if it wasn’t for him.

2.5 stars, made an appointment for 2, cash only ok. Place is ok. They talk alot but men are kind. The still use cheese graters on feet, yuck. There are Roaches crawling around floor. My tech didn't like I asked to cut nails short few times, then cut uneven.
Just kinda rush for price. Just not my kind place. Will not return to chop shop. Pass
