I will never be back to this salon. I woke up with a severe allergic reaction the way after I got my nails done. I went to a different salon to get them soaked off. I called Crystals to see if I could get a refund and they told me no because I didn’t go to them to get them soaked off. Why would I go back to a nail salon that has given me an infection? I have holes underneath my finger tips, swollen cuticles, severe itching, and i am currently starting to have welches on my pinky and index finger. I am having to leave work early to seek medical attention. This is so ridiculous. The least that could have been done was refunding my money.

The first time I went was fantastic, but after that, it just went downhill. I had my toes and my nails done. My nails were gel, and my toes were just regular polish. I have never seen a salon put so little polish on my toes as possible and call it done. In less than a week I had to put my own polish over my toes, it’s so disappointing because it cost so much money. I have decided to do my own at home.

The ladies and gentlemen that work at Crystal are extremely detail oriented and kind. I came with a reference photo and my nails turned out looking better than the picture. I will absolutely be returning!

So pretty! My nails are exactly how I imagined them and feel amazing! Kim was extremely kind and did such a good job. Unlike other nail places I’ve been to, nothing hurt at all. Fully recommend and great for their prices! 🙂

Crystal Nails has been my go - to for the past 2 years since I found it! Kelly is my favorite nail tech, she is so sweet and does AMAZING work. If it’s your first time I highly recommend Kelly for manicures & Jon for pedicures!! This place has 10/10 customer service and is great* with children too!!
