This was my friend & I first time coming here and we both left out happy & satisfied with our nails and toes. My tech name was Bryan and her tech name was Angie. They both were nice and understood exactly what we wanted. We had showed them the design we wanted once and they took it from there. I will definitely go back.

This was my first time coming here and will also be the last time! I asked for a simple gel ombre manicure and got a horrible and clumpy end result. The polish on one nail already came off completely and it’s only been a day since I had them done. Don’t recommend.

Had acrylic nails taken off and a manicure done with gel polish. Christine did a great job and was super sweet! Got my mom a soda and me a water as well. Everyone in the shop was so nice and friendly. I can't wait to go back and get a manicure and pedicure in a few weeks! Highly recommend Christine!

First time here and will never go back. Came in with a specific design I wanted, was very clear on how I wanted them. They said they could do it and they did. Then a day later one acrylic popped off, not cracked or partial, the whole nail. Couldnt go in to get fixed so had to wait, the next day another popped off on the same hand. Not worth going back, way over priced. Its only been 1 week and ive lost 2 on each hand.

The first time I went to this nail salon in October of '22, I had two women work on my nails: one gave me a pedicure (I think she had blondish hair or highlights) and the other did my gel nail extensions. I was very satisfied with the the job of the nail tech who did my pedicure. On the other hand, I wasn't quite satisfied with the job of the tech who did my nails. She seemed lazy and tried to skip some necessary steps during the process like applying a base coat before she applied the top colored gel. I guess she thought I wouldn't notice but I did and brought it to her attention. She also filed my nails lopsided. Other than this, the staff seemed nice. So I decided to go back in December.

This time I got the lady who collects the money and sits by the cash register. I did not like the way she did my nails. For one, she kept getting up out of her chair to go do things in the back of the salon or borrow nail tools from nearby workers causing my visit to be waaaay longer than it should. Then she kept talking to other people in the salon which caused the process to take even longer. Then, she'd stop doing my nails again to collect money from paying patrons or from those who needed change, laugh and talk some more. To top it off, she kept filing my nails lopsided as well and seemed to get a negative attitude about it when I kindly pointed this out to her. I can not, in good faith, recommend this nail salon. I gave two stars due to getting a good pedicure in October.

My sister and I got spa pedicures. They were very relaxing especially with the massage chair. I got a regular manicure with regular nail polish and the staff didn't keep trying to convince me to get gel like at some places. I really appreciated that!! Polish on toes and fingers came out great! 😃 I will go back.

I decided to try this place out seeing as it was located in rancho Palos Verdes thinking it would be a great place it was horrible the man first attempted to paint my nails the wrong color of the picture I showed him and then he just painted over over instead of taking the nail polish off underneath it he didn't ask me if I wanted gel or regular he didn't ask me anything other than showing him a picture the man didn't even file my nails underneath so they were bulky I feel like they're going to fall off and my supposed gel nail polish is already fading and it's only been 3 days I can't believe I paid $50 for something so s* I'll never in my life ever return here again I don't ever recommend it to anyone I wouldn't even give it a star this is by far the worst location I've ever had my nails done at do not go here they are horrible overpriced and don't know what they're doing they're lazy about their work I don't even know how they have any good reviews or that they're even still in business I wouldn't recommend it at all

The worst nail salon! The day after I paid $25 plus a $3 tip for an acrylic full set, 2 nails broke off then a 3rd broke off the day after that. I went in to get the repair and the owner tried to get the same incompetent rude woman to fix the broken nails and I said no and the owner laughed at me and I walked out. The woman who did my nails in the first place was rude and ignored me and tried to over charge me and got super nasty when I said no and to keep the price the same as we agreed upon. Both the owner and the evil nasty nail person have zero customer service abilities and obviously zero quality control. Never going back.
