This review is LONG overdue. I have been a Cryo Fanatic since May 2023. I love everything about this place. It's casual and so easy to book all of the different modalities. I make it to the Cryo Lab an average of 5 days a week. It has become an essential part of my daily routine. Some days are a quick in and out with 3.5 minutes in the chamber while others are longer, depending on recovery needs and time. The owners and the people who work at the Cryo Lab are all awesome and genuinely great people. And they are always sweet to my kids 🙂

Just completed my first experience with Cryo Lab and it was incredible!
First, the owners are extremely helpful and knowledgeable; they took the time to get to know me and my needs, and then showed me around and helped me understand all the various tools they have available for their customers.
Second, the place is extremely clean and relaxing. It has the vibes of a coffee house merged with a high end spa.
Third, they are family friendly. I had my 3 year old with me and they made him feel special while still assisting me.
Great place with great value and service! I’m excited for the next visit.

Absolutely love this place! The Cryo Chamber is a breeze—quick in and out with their no appointment setup. Top-notch service, spotless facility, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I’m always telling people at my gym or anyone I know with chronic pain to try this place it’s amazing! Jodi is a sweetheart and can educate you on everything they use there for recovery. They have some hidden anti aging gems there too like the Cryo Facial ! I love it, kills bacteria on your face, helps restore collagen and I’m pretty sure there are other amazing things it does, oh reduces inflammation too! Anyway just go you won’t be disappointed. It’s worth every dime 🙂

Love this place! Not only do I feel better for coming here, I feel “at home”. So much attention to detail, very knowledgeable staff and I never feel like I’m hurried. Having said that it can also be a quick treatment when time is tight. Glad your here in Eldorado Hills!!
