Re: hours they’re open: This location now CLOSES AT 9PM, but the app lets you order until 10. This is not the fault of the people working there, they’re aware of it, but corporate won’t let them update that, according to an employee. (Crumbl corporate is ridiculously strict on every. single. little. thing.) Some of the recent bad reviews are from people who accidentally fell into that hour gap. This is a corporate problem, please don’t take it out on the poor employees. Just be cognizant when you place an order.

Two years ago, you could get a single cookie for $2.75, or four of them for $10. Now a single cookie is $5, or $15 for four of them. Look, if I’m going to pay five dollars for a single cookie, it had better taste like grandma just whipped that bad boy out of the oven, it is the size of a hubcap, and it is hand-fed to me on a hammock. But, I was hungry. I had five dollars to spend. Would I buy a cookie, or would I buy heart medicine for our parakeet? Thanks, Crumbl, for putting me in that situation. Sampson probably won’t make it through the night, but at least my belly is filled with a five dollar cookie. Also, I stood there for a while, wondering why the girl wasn’t turning around to see what I wanted to order. After about two minutes, I saw another customer come in and use the little terminal to place her order and pay for it before the girl would turn around. What in the world? I don’t want to run a cash register if I’m paying 8 grand for a cookie. I had no idea that I would be temporarily employed by Crumbl during my five minutes inside the place. Dumb.

I preordered 3 dozen cookies (3 flavors) for an event. My order was $130, prescheduled for pickup 3-330pm. When I showed up at the end of the pickup time they were not ready. Also one of the types I ordered was completely out. The staff were rude and barely spoke to me.
What is the point of preordering if the order isn’t fulfilled & ready during the pickup window? They then stacked the 3 boxes on each other crushing the crème on the top of the cookies. I will never order from Crumbl in Flagstaff again.

Really amazing gourmet cookies; plus they are in a great location, deliver, and are open until midnight! They have a rotating selection of about 8 cookies at a time, most of which are extravagant plays on classic cookies. The cookies can seem bit pricey ($2.50+ a cookie) but are pretty large and well decorated. My only critique is that it would be nice if they offered other desserts too.

I never write reviews, but I feel compelled to write about my bad experience here last night. The cookies here are amazing, but the service is awful. We showed up at 8:45 thinking they closed at 10, as stated online; however, upon arrival, a sign on the door said 9. I apologized when we walked in and asked if we should come back another time, but the employees (unenthusiastically) encouraged us to order before turning back around. I probably looked a bit lost during the time it took for me to realize I had to order from the kiosk, but no one offered guidance. That’s fine, I am a capable adult who can operate a tablet. I placed my order, all the while the kid behind the counter kept his back turned and was looking up at his screen, presumably to see what we were ordering. The second my payment was processed, he whipped around and said there was only one chocolate chip cookie left (we had ordered two). It felt as though he was waiting to force me into a sale before telling me about the limited options (besides what was marked as sold out on the menu). Additionally, I had been bragging about the chocolate chip to my nieces, and, as we were the only ones in the store, I’m confident the staff heard us. He could have given us a heads-up. Anyway, we frantically tried to hurry and decide what to get instead as this kid stared us down instead of offering any suggestions. Had I been alone, I would have requested a refund, but my nieces had never had Crumbl and were looking forward to trying it. Luckily the other option we got (s’mores) was very tasty.
