Brian and Doug took excellent care of my husband after he passed away. Their team arrived at my house promptly to take gentle and respectful care of him in a timely manner after he passed. Later, meeting with Brian to make choices about what my adult children and I wanted next was handled with much grace and competence. Brian managed my follow up questions promptly and kindly. Doug met me at the office when I was ready to pick up my husband's urn and was equally kind and sensitive. I am grateful for the service and compassion provided to me and my children and would highly recommend them.

I couldn't be more pleased than the experience we had with the Cremation Society of Placer County. When we first met with them at their office, it was not in a traditional mortuary and that made it so much better for us. Their office was in a very nice building with a beautiful courtyard with waterfalls and putting greens it felt very relaxing and did not have the sterile feeling of a mortuary. The office was decorated very nicely that was calm and inviting. When we met with Doug he was very kind and genuine and we instantly got a good feeling about him and knew he is a wonderful person. He asked us what we wanted and upon explaining to him how we were only looking for cremation services, he made the process very simple for us during a very difficult time. Not once did he ever try to pressure us into doing anything we didn't want. He didn't even ask as he honored our wishes perfectly. I couldn't recommend them any higher than I do for making such a tough situation as best as possible. They do offer full services and as much as you want, but it's great that if you don't want that they don't even try to push it onto you. He has been in this business for many years and it shows how great he is at doing his job by the pride he takes in it.

I was very pleased with the service that I received through the Cremation Society of Placer County. I dealt with Bryan and he was so understanding, helpful and dealt with all the details in a professional and caring way. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in cremation. They handled everything from the hospital to the urn which was a huge burden off of my shoulders at a difficult time. Additionally, the price for the basic plan was very fair. This is just what we both wanted and my family will be using them again for myself. Thank you so much.
