Absolutely fantastic products. I was referred to this store by a friend and was looking to completely change my skincare routine. The lady’s were so nice and helpful and had a ton of information and recommendations based on my skin type. It is on the expensive side, but their products are completely worth it! All natural ingredients and all around high quality! Definitely found my new skincare go to.

Katina (I hope that is how i spell your name) is a wonderful ball of energy! I was real curious about alot, and she gave me a generous amounts of information! the history of the company, the products you range, and was really looking for solutions for us on the fly! ily!!!

Warm service from the entire team. The rest of the team are great, because they are willing to help, really show up and are super uplifting and cheery. If i was having a bad day, walking into this store would put me in a great mood.

This is by far my favorite beauty store! They make the transition to clean beauty SO easy and have fantastic staff who give great recommendations. The investment is worth it and they have an awesome recycling program (make sure to wash out items you bring to them for recycling!). The products they have compare to (and often beat) the quality of what you find in a Sephora, not to mention they are better for you AND the environment. Give it a try, I have no doubt you'll love it!

I used to be a big fan of credo beauty - until this experience at the Fillmore store. The two staff who greeted me were rude and inattentive. Even my boyfriend pointed out the attitude of the staffs. I went in looking for a serum Because my current one is too dry. The staff suggested an oil based one, which I was reluctant to try. She then said gave me a lecture on how all hydrating serums are oil based. And while rearranging the skincare products on the counter and without looking at me, she asked me what skincare I used. When I mentioned a brand she never heard of , she asked the other staff “ have you ever heard of this brand? I know i have never.”

It’s been a couple days since the day I was there but the experience was so poor I decided to leave a review. Will never visit again.

Anthony was fabulous! He was knowledgeable and helped with a whole list of things I needed (did a makeup overhaul to switch to clean makeup). He found me a killer lipstick, which I got a lot of compliments for. Very sweet and helpful. Did a lovely express facial too. Love this store. Wish there was one in Germany.

Was trying to decide on a perfume but the way she was responding to my question with such an attitude was not worth my time and money. Not going back !
