I really really enjoyed this experience. So when I scheduled my appt I was sent a text confirming. And in the days leading up to the appointment I was sent a couple more texts reminding me of the date and time. Which I really appreciated. My nail tech was Minh. He was friendly, very welcoming, and fun to talk too. He can do ANYTHING you want, any shape, style, technique, charms, whatever. Basically anything you can find online, he can recreate. It's pretty amazing. He was on time and did a beautiful job. I've never had so much fun getting my nails done.

This place is great. People are awesome. They will definitely make you laugh. I do like my nails. although he did file, my nails really hard and cut me. It wasn't intentional, was an accident. But my nails turned out beautiful. I'm grateful. Thank you, and I will return back. My social media loves the nails. they definitely take time to make sure your nails look good so it is definitely worth going. I highly recommend I woke up today. So happy my nails look so good and I just feel so great. So thank you guys for making me feel so good and special. You all, if you're not coming to this place, you're missing out .Thank you

We absolutely love this salon. We are treated like family here. I only get my nails done once a month and I have yet to lose a nail. Mihn does amazing work with nail care and design. I feel that the pricing is appropriate. I don't expect to pay 1 star prices for 5 star service. However, I feel that they are always giving me a price break too. They are generous with their customers and I know my satisfaction is their goal. I drive down from Auburn to come here and it's always worth it!

They are simply amazing.I was nervous because I'm super picky and have sensitive nail beds but they have the gentle touch also of you don't like what they did they fix it for free even if I went back a month later! You can't pay for that kind of service! If you go you won't be disappointed they use organic products that actually help your nails grow stronger and stronger ever visit! They are kind and the shop smells amazing every time and they gift you with drinks snacks and little gift bags sometimes!! They aren't pushy either with promotions

WARNING Don't waste your money!!! They over charge for terrible work and horrible customer service. They kept pushing things without disclosing that the things that they were suggesting were extra (Like my dip color among other things). I asked for a basic French tip for my hands and feet. the least complicated basic thing ever. They chose a neon pink dip. before she even got to the second hand, I voiced that i did not like the color can we please do something natural or lighter. Then showed a reference photo of a basic French tip white line on top and clearish pink dip. normally I would never speak up but I had family photos the next day and really wanted my nails to be perfect. They told me at the very end they could fix it and continued using the same color on my other hand. I trusted them and three hours later they were even worse! they painted over the dip with white splotchy white nail polish. I couldn't believe this was "fixing it". Whenever I get a pedicure I ALWAYS get deluxe. Now the "deluxe" pedicure they kept pushing was anything but deluxe. It was worse than a half a$$ job each leg was massaged for maybe two minutes tops. The rocks weren't hot. The towel wasn't hot. I did not receive the massage that you normally would at a nail salon. My nails didn't get the detailed cleaning like they do at every other salon I've been to. when it came to the actual work the lines were crooked, and it looked nothing like the reference photo. I chalked it up to maybe this person was new and thought to myself, I won't be getting a deluxe here ever again. When they finally finished my manicure. I could not believe that I'm actually leaving the salon with this. I figured it would be $120 or $130+ tip. I would just take the loss pay the money and never come back but the grand total was $190 not including tip! insane!! she dropped it down to $170 the best she could do was $10 for signing up with rewards and an extra five dollars off. The manager rung me up I asked her to take a closer look at my nails and see that they definitely were not worth that much money. she thought otherwise. I made a review on Facebook and the community messaged her saying I deserve a refund for such a terrible job. She has been messaging people back making it look like it was my fault and lying to cover her butt. THE PICTURES SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES! These nails aren't worth anything even close to $200! I haven't had my nails done in almost a year. as a stay at home mom I was really looking forward to treating myself and enjoying some self care. If I got the service I paid for I wouldn't have batted an eye at the cost. The service was unbelievably terrible from beginning to end. I left crying feeling robbed of my money and time.

Amazing nail salon!!!!! 💅 I highly recommend Hannah, she did an absolutely perfect job on my nails. So meticulous and such a sweetheart. The salon is super clean which is important to me; actually saw her take the cuticle trimmer and instruments out of the sterilizer! Look no further.....this is the place! 🩷🩷🩷✨

I’m so sad to have to write this review but honestly I just feel like if I’m paying 100+ for a service it should be at least good quality I got my nails done 23rd before Christmas 4hrs later they were lifting so I was irritated about that the next day all of them ended up coming off when the shop opened again after Christmas I came in and the girl was so sweet about it and redid all my nails for free now here I am and 4 days later my nails are lifting and peeling . The customer service was great so I feel bad having to leave this review I swear I’m a really nice person but dang I paid and tipped well for a service and my polish won’t even stay on.. the pictures are the first set and the other one is the fixed set.
