We got their seasonal peppermint ice cream, it was terrific! Amazing and kind service, and the tasting spoons are actual metal spoons. Makes you feel like you’re in an old time ice cream shop. A very broad menu, lots of toppings, more than I have seen anywhere else. Very creative place, can’t wait to go back!

So great to have a good ice cream shop downtown! The atmosphere and aesthetic were on point. I got the peppermint flavor and it was perfect, my favorite seasonal flavor. So excited to go back.

Two things that I noticed was that they do not use zeroll ice cream scoops - most places use them because they allow for perfect, spherical scoops. My scoop didn't look very cute, but it was delicious.

Also, the clerk had to spend a lot of time opening and closing the toppings containers. I think it would have been smoother with bins.

Overall, I'm excited to have them in the neighborhood and I'm excited to go back!

Good serving size of ice cream. I opted for a scoop of cookies and cream with Reese’s peanut butter cup as a topping. Custom service was impeccable was greeted as soon as I entered and the place was packed. It was a Saturday evening around 9pm during their grand opening. Ice cream was really good and not heavy. Really nice family friendly environment in a good location.

Clerk refused to offer service before the store closed when all we wanted to order was ice cream. Plenty of people still in the store enjoying their ice cream so no urgent rush to close the store. Not the greatest experience for first time customers when the store just opened.

I had previously written a negative review based on my first experience at the restaurant. I decided to give Cravingz another try, and I’m happy to say that things have improved significantly! I visited again when it was far less busy, and there was now a clear “Order Here” sign hanging at one end of the counter, which made the ordering process much smoother and more organized.

I ordered a scoop of cookies and cream and cookie dough, and both were creamy and delicious. The service was fast as well, with no long waits like before.

Much thanks to the management team for giving me a discount on the ice cream and improving the experience.

Visited at 10 PM on a busy night. Complete chaos inside with no clear system for ordering. No visible queue or line markers, leaving customers confused about where to stand. Seating area mixed with waiting customers, adding to the disorganization.

Only two staff members handling everything - taking orders, scooping ice cream, making shakes, and operating the register. Clearly overwhelmed and unable to keep up with demand.

Waited 20 minutes, watching only 3 customers get served. At this rate, it would have taken over an hour just to order. Had to leave without ice cream due to the ridiculous wait. Ended up going to Humphrey Slocombe instead for a much better experience.

Major issues:
- Severely understaffed
- Poor organization and layout
- Inefficient service
- Overly complex menu slowing things down

This shop desperately needs more workers, a better-designed space, and a streamlined menu. Management needs to seriously reconsider their operations if they want to keep customers. Don't waste your time here unless you enjoy long waits, confusion, and disappointment.
