My girlfriend and I just recently had an appointment, and we were super impressed and happy that we chose them for our first facials! The staff were super friendly, and they gave us great recommendations with our skincare routine. After our appointment, our faces felt rehydrated, fresh, and CLEAN! “Clean Your Dirty Face” is now our new go to spot for facials 🙂

Before I begin the actual review I do wanna emphasize that the staff itself is very kind. I didn’t have any issues with them. The two girls there just did their job and that’s great. Now however,

1. When initially buying the facials I was under the impression that the extraction process would be 30 mins and then I added an enhancement for nano sculpting. So that should be also another 30 mins added onto the original extraction I got. When I got there turns out it was a quick 15 mins for extractions and 15 for nano sculpting. After I paid around 150 for those two services. It seems a bit unfair of a ratio to have. The money I spent didn’t equal to the quality of service I should’ve been given. This now makes sense why they have that extra 1 hour thing by adding in more money.

Again in my personal opinion it is still very unfair. My two sisters went with me and they kept it to the basic extraction and they got the full 30 mins in that field. Since I also had that as one of my bought options I too should get 30 mins for that, not a merely 10-15 then 15 on nano when that is also a totally different service. If someone was to get nano only they would get that full 30 mins for that. I hope I’m making sense. I should’ve gotten the full experience for each one. Rather than it being divided short. Because I’m just very disappointed in my entire experience there.

2. Tipping. Now I have been in that field where tipping is usually nice to receive however I almost felt forced with the way the person kept asking me “are you sure you ONLY want to do this amount,” when really if I wasn’t aware of the tipping culture and knew how much it helped out. I would’ve given a 0 with how unsatisfied I was yesterday. So I do want to point out that tips are a privilege, they are not required. Your own company should be paying a good wage to where you shouldn’t have to ask for tips. It’s embarrassing that they can’t even pay you decently to where it’s like begging after I spent over 200 on a service I was not happy with and you’re asking me over and over if I’m sure I want to give only a certain amount and not the recommended amount.

3. The place was clean and cute, a bit small. I like the simplicity of it. However with all the other factors I do not think it’s the place for me. I have been to better. I know that there might be someone that reads this review and thinks “oh she’s probably broke and that’s why she’s saying all this,” I do want to point out I do have enough to be paying for 3 people’s facials and leave a tip despite being unhappy. My main concern is the fact that it is an unfair ratio of money to service. I want to receive what I’m paying for. Not a lazy job of things I could’ve done at home.

I absolutely enjoy Clean Your Dirty Face Spa, it was such an amazing self-care experience. The staff was friendly, and helpful about recommending what your skin needs. My skin felt amazing so hydrated, and fresh. They also offer a variety of products that can address your skins needs. I definitely recommend booking with them if your looking for an amazing facial.

Initially my daughter had a great first visit after buying 2 facials. We scheduled our second visit after receiving several reminders to return. Unfortunately we had to reschedule but when I called, we were told they cannot reschedule and would have to redeem my coupon anyways since it was not considered an emergency to their standards I suppose. It was disappointing to hear as we were never told this and my daughter enjoyed her first visit.

If you’re looking for a wonderful experience. Go here! The staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. We had a mini facial party booked for the bride to be and the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and felt like VIP. The atmosphere was great! Our facials were amazing and relaxing!! Definitely an experience to remember. Would recommend this place to others anytime!

It was a great experience, I wish they had multiple facials at a time. They recommended the glow facial, and honestly I didn't love the oil at the end because that was the "glow" factor.
The girl who did my facial wasn't too sure about vitamins, She only knew that the oil they were selling had vitamin c...
The girl who sat at the front seemed to be on a phone call with her friend the whole time I was waiting, it was annoying.
Nothing I can't do at home, though.
Products on the shelves were pretty pricey...and from the ones I picked up didn't have a list of ingredients
