Absolutely terrific, Cindy was so so nice and the shape, design, and color was perfect!! Definitely will be visiting again soon, would highly recommend this place. The people here are so so nice and very friendly.

It was my first time to this nail salon. I went to remove my gel polish and get a regular manicure. I had a strange interaction with the lady doing my nails when she asked the length I wanted. I think it came down to miscommunication but the way she responded was really rude and impatient. She took off the gel using an efile and completely ruined my nails! I have strong nails and she filed some of them so paper thin that it hurts to touch! I was in such shock that I still left a tip. I am giving two stars instead of 1 just because the other nail lady who was there seemed very nice to the other customers. I’m so horrified by this experience - imagine being scared to put on jeans because your nails are so flimsy they will just tear.

Just a bad application in general. I haven’t even had these nails two weeks and they’re so lifted and many are misshapen. None of my nails on my right hand have the same shape at all. They charge way to much for such a mediocre set. I made an appointment and they called me a half hour before to come in and yet I still felt rushed.

What a great experience! I got their Deluxe Mani Pedi and between the scrub, mud, wax and 10 minute massage, I feel so rejuvenated! My nails look great too! Ivy was wonderful, I even loved that she kept massaging even after the timer went off! The little extra time really showed the extra care she took for me! Sam did a fantastic job too on my nails!

She cut me, no foot soak, won't tell me what's included in any of the prices, and then keeps asking if I want things, cause it's extra. Tell me what I'm supposed to get for the price and then I can decide which service I want.

Seems as if I wrote my last review about this place too soon. Since then two of my nails have broken because the acrylic layer was too thin. Mind you this was my first fill for this set so it was practically new when I went in there. Shame, I was hoping this would be my new spot. It hasn’t even been two weeks since I got them done.
