I had an exceptional experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. The ladies took their time to provide an amazing massage, followed by an excellent manicure and pedicure. I came in with a very rough and overdue set of nails, and they worked wonders! My hands and feet feel rejuvenated and look fantastic. I absolutely recommend this salon to anyone in need of some pampering. I love it and can’t wait to return

I have no matter pay $115 but 115 for like this, i never want come back. Charm can't in middle because the lady want do for another customer while she not done on me yet, and it so weak it drop in next day while i do nothing. She don't know how to do cat eyes and i have to do it by myself in front of her, i asked for cherry blossom (I show the picture and asked can she do same or not) but what i got just dots, she do so bad with ombre, show up my real nails line, and she just put gel to middle can't exactly ombre. If not because it close to my house, i wouldn't want to come and pay 115 for this.

The manicurist drilled all the way down into my nail beds (reference photo). I’ve had to cut down my nails because of the damage, but it will be a while until they all grow back to full strength.

In addition, seeing the business response stating that my nails and nail bed were challenging for her means that they should have asked for someone else if they were too difficult for her skill level. I should have self-advocated for someone else when she was cutting up my feet with the drill…

I had absolutely the worst “spa” mani-pedi experience ever!!! Perhaps it was the luck of the draw, but it was torture. Not only painful, but unskillful service.

ALSO, they don’t use clean tools…

Manicure: I was required to sit in a twisted fashion and lean forward in the pedicure seat the entire time to have my manicure done (instead of the manicurist switching sides of the chair, which I asked). As a smaller person, this was more uncomfortable because of my short limbs and the limit of the chair. When the paraffin bags were on my hands, she had to pull me even more forward for the massage and the paraffin bags almost came off, which made the paraffin completely break apart and no longer cover my hands. The manicurist filed my nails unevenly (short to longer like a highlighter tip) and in both directions instead of one, likely because she sat on an angle. And I had to request the file to fix my nails to be even by filing down myself. Furthermore, she drilled off the gel builder on my nails and continually refused to use acetone and cotton to remove the rest of if (despite charging me $10, which is posted as $5 online) stating that my nails would be too thin, so I have visible gel base on my nails that show through. She used thick gel polish that was uneven, and I requested to have newer nail polish that would brush on smoothly. She removed it and she continued to paint unevenly and missed sides of my nail with the regular nail polish. A male manager walked over and redid my polish. He was excellent but the resulting manicure dried with cracks once I got home.

Pedicure: she cut me with the nail drill across my toes, which burned and then burnt even more when she used alcohol to clean the dust off. My toenails were jagged and the nail polish was thin and uneven. It required a male manager to see the pedicure for her to fix it because she ignored me. In his presence, she filed the jagged nail ends and then made sure to line the polish across the edges as typically done. He also gave me slippers to walk with so I wouldn’t have to another half hour to hour for the pedicure to dry again. Also, don’t pay for the “spa” upgrade because the paraffin is not left on for very long and the foot massage isn’t necessarily longer (my friend had a longer foot massage with her regular pedicure). They also did not offer us beverages but saw that others were given beverages.

Price: A disappointing $120 ($100 plus I tipped the manicurist and male manager $10 each).

Don did a PERFECT job with my nails! She did exactly the design I was looking for. She took her time and has such a good eye for detail. She was very kind and personable as well! The manicure was reasonably priced. I left the salon feeling so good! Thank you again, Don! 🤎

I’ve had great service and quality manicures every time I go here! I rarely ever go to the same salon twice in a row. I’ve been to this salon for my past 5-6 manicures. I usually get acrylics with gel and MAN OH MAN do they last longer than ANY other set I’ve had! These sets regularly last a month and usually still look flawless so I just go back for a fill (at the nail growth) and color change. Yen did great when she worked there. Tiffany did my first flawless and long lasting manicure and Kevin did my most recent vacation set with beautiful details that he freehanded!! I asked Kevin to do some sort of leaf design and he could pick whatever and the colors and he matched my tattoo and picked the color to go well together!!

I'm so happy with my nails!!! I came in with extremely short and damaged nails. They knew exactly what to do to and the result is beautiful! I'm definitely coming back here.
