I had a deeply unpleasant experience. During my waxing session, I was left with a significant cut that caused bleeding. This is completely unacceptable, as I trusted the staff to handle such a sensitive procedure safely and professionally.

The injury not only caused pain but also raised concerns about hygiene and safety standards. I expected better care and skill from a professional establishment. I strongly urge others to exercise caution and recommend the management take immediate action to improve their training and protocols.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure no one else has to go through a similar ordeal.

I had high hopes for this place, because of all the nail art they have on yelp Before they got started on my nails I showed them a picture of what I wanted and asked them if they were sure they could do them, I told her that if she couldn't then that's fine, I would just get something more simple, the lady said yes she could do them and told me it was gonna be $70. I thought It was a but pricey but I didn't mind because the nail pictures on yelp and on their website looked like they were high quality. When she first applied the nails, one of them looked crooked and I asked her if she could re apply it. She said it was fine and that it would "fix" it self after she applies the acrylic. Again I trusted the process because of their website pictures.

2 hours later she finally finished and my nail was still crooked and the lines are so shaky and thick I can't even get them re-done tomorrow because I'm leaving for 3 weeks on my vacation. I'm so sad and disappointed, I wish she would of told me she couldn't do them and I would have picked something else. $70 is a lot of money for the low quality nails I got.

Ok service, the lady doing my manicure was just not listening to me when i kept asking her to fix the shape of my nails. Half of them are literally filed crooked. 🤣 The elder lady doing my pedicure was much nicer, but polish job was sloppy. It is cheaper($15 for basic mani) and i feel the service reflects it. I’d rather spend a little more and go elsewhere for better service.

I would give zero stars if I could. My technician rushed through my pedicure in 7 minutes…. And spent 25 on the polish because she did not know how to paint nails. My feet are still rough, my cuticles are chopped up, my polish is uneven and I paid $50 to basically still need a pedicure.

I'm pretty new to acrylics and had an unfortunate experience at another salon that resulted in a very laborious process to remove them. Celine took such good care of me, was very patient and was always checking in to make sure I was happy. It was a completely painless experience (the last place had me grimacing the entire time and I had sore nails for two days) and I could not be happier. She was very meticulous and was not rushing through the process at all. Thank you!!

The manicures are okay. I went there once or twice to get basic nails done a couple of years ago. Nothing too fancy. However, they false advertise their final product. On their website they mentioned my name without my consent and put up someone else’s pictures, so clearly we can’t rely on their images.

I decided to leave a review after I got no response when I politely asked them to take the false advertising using my name down.

My daughter and I get our nails done here, and Kathy is the best. The prices are reasonable and the service is fast and amazing.

I love this place! My mom and I were looking for a new nail place and we happened to stumble across this place! Everyone is so kind everytime we come in! I love Tracy! She's the owner and did my nails! I also really like LeeAnn I think was her name who did my pedi. Also Yin did my mom's toes and nails. They came out beautiful! I will keep coming back to this please!💅💅🏻❤️❤️
