I came in with bare/clean nails and got a French tip gel manicure — exactly what I wanted!

I was frustrated at first because my appointment started 20 minutes late and I had somewhere to be afterward. (At the 15 minute mark I voiced my concern and they said it would be another minute.) To my surprise, my technician was done in under 25 minutes!

I’m giving this place 5 stars because mistakes happen, maybe they were overbooked, maybe someone didn’t show up for their shift, I don’t know. But they owned the mishap and made it right. I’m really happy with my nails!

Updated 1 week later: Sorry to say I’ve had to downgrade my review. My gel nails started peeling at the edges by Day 6. I wasn’t doing any strenuous manual labor. In past experiences, I’ve had gel manicures last closer to 4 weeks with no chipping or peeling at all. (Obviously nail growth is inevitable.) I’m still really grateful I was able to come in last minute, but it’s disappointing my manicure didn’t even last a full week.

They did such a great job with my toes ! Very gentle and neat.
However, I would not recommend this salon for acrylic nails.
They seemed very rushed.
My French tips were yellow, you were able to still see some of the scuffs on my base. Very messy.
Some nails were different shapes.
Mind you, this was fresh out of the salon.

Horrible experience, I’m not one to post bad reviews I know that we all in one way or another render a service to provide for our families. But I’ve never been cut up so bad, I couldn’t sleep last night due to the pain on my feet and hands. I’m hoping that the tools used are properly being sanitized. I’ve been going to this location for a while now, and Ive had my ups and down with my gel nails chipping off before a week, ButI always came back. This week I came in again had my gel pedicure done, it was the worst pedicure. So many cuts on my skin it felt rushed! Then we went on to my hands I wanted to try the gel S. Omg! Bad experience too! One of my nails was not placed on straight, I mentioned It to the tech. I was told that she couldn’t fix it because her next customer was waiting for a while already, next time she replied! Unfortunately there will not be a next time!! My advice is to give your techs plenty of space between customer, this service was horrible!! Even my husband was upset!!!

I don't typically write reviews but this experience has to be shared. I had a HORRIBLE experince with the receptionist. The day before my appointment, I had consulted with a different receptionist and was booked for a specific service we thoroughly discussed. However, during my appointment, I unknowingly received a service I had explicitly said I did not want. Since I'm not familiar with the process of acrylic nails, I didn’t realize the mistake until it was time to pay, when I was charged much more than expected.

When I asked the receptionist about the charges, her attitude was anyhthing but friendly. Instead of explaining the mix-up professionally, she belittled me for not realizing what service I had received and even snickered as if I should’ve known better. Her dismissive tone and sarcastic remarks made me feel embarrassed and disrespected. I was in complete shock as she felt the need to do this in front of the entire salon.

Despite explaining that it wasn’t fair to be charged for something I had specifically asked not to have, I still paid, trying to avoid further conflict.

She still made a phone call to someone explaining the interaction, and accusing me of getting angry when I was it fact not. I told her she was being rude and condesending and she responded with "What do you wanna do about this?" then pointing at the customer service phone number and telling me I should call them instead.

Matter of fact, I called as I was leaving and no one picked up the phone. I left a voice mail, with no one calling me back still - one day after. I tried emailing and the email bounced.

This whole experience was more than just a misunderstanding; it was a display of horrible customer service. I left feeling more upset about how I was treated than anything else. I won’t be returning and would caution anyone against this place if they value respectful and professional service.

Just got my nails done yesterday. The receptionist was very sweet as were some of the other employees however the person who did my manicure wasn’t that friendly and I feel the manicure was poorly done. It’s been 24 hours and the entire gel polish from one nail just came off. They were super chunky and I can’t even grab things without the gel peeling. The gel was on my fingertips as well not just my nails and so when I tried to remove it from my finger tips and under nails- the polish chipped once again.

I’ve been there three times in the three times that I have been there my polish came off. I’m a person of second chances went again got a fill and fix two nails the next day for nails came off. I gave them one last chance the next day one nail popped off and around the cuticles horrible job.

It’s been one bad experience after another. Had an appointment on Saturday, wanted natural nails instead she rushed and gave me gel. This is four days later: nails are all bumpy and chipping and one completely chipped off. Felt very rushed when I was there and receptionist was rude. I’m not one to write bad reviews but it’s been one thing after another.
