First time here, Mary the front desk receptionist super friendly and kind. Lisa did my Gel X nails, she did an amazing job, she is so friendly. The nail salon is soo nice and super clean. I will definitely be coming back.

This is typically my go-to nail salon because it’s clean, the atmosphere is welcoming, calming and they do a good job.

I also appreciate the selection of services and colors/ brands of nail polish they offer.

Last visit I did a dip manicure and pedicure. I love the Bella pedicure but every now and again I do the Tropical pedicure. Main difference is a longer massage and the products they use.

I loved my dip manicure because it’s tough to get a good almond/ round shape the exact way I want it. I’ve literally shown other salons and they never quite get it right but here, they did!

I will also say, the front desk girls are pleasant and always try their best to accommodate you. So that’s appreciated!

I went twice. First time amazing, they were not very busy so the manicurist and pedicure lady took their time and did everything by the book. After callus removal treatment my feet looked like a baby feet, smooth and soft. They were in a really bad shape. She didn’t clean very well my cuticles on my feet but I did realize it until after few weeks when they grew more and I had pain. I decided to take my mom and had a girls day and treat her special so we booked manicure and pedicure. They were pretty busy and I felt that they were in a hurry and I was right. My feet were not as smooth and soft (at least this time she cleaned well my cuticles on the side to relief the pain) and after a week I had cuticles coming out on both my hands and my feet like I didn’t even have a manicure done. Unfortunately was the same for my mom. I am very disappointed. Was my last visit. For 160$ to last less than a week I prefer to do it myself. At least is free and I don’t get mad if they look bad. Another thing, I feel that they are very rude talking with each other in a foreign language while in front of the client.

I had been going to Cest Lamour #1 for years and having been coming to #2 since they've opened. This is seriously one of the nicest salons I've ever been to...and I've been to many all over the country. It's not only lovely inside, but everyone who works here is lovely ❤️

After trying several nail places in the area, this has by far been the best experience I've had. It's extremely clean and the service is like no other I've received at a nail salon. They're friendly and welcoming. They even walked around offering water. It felt kind of like a spa. It was also not overcrowded like other nail salons I've been to, so it didn't feel like they were rushing to get me in and out of there.
Lisa and Tutu were my nail techs and were both superstars. After months of not going to a nail salon, because of a horrible experience at another place, they assured me they don't use the filing drill to speed up time and cut corners. They actually used the cuticle scissors to clean up my nail beds and assured me they wrap your fingers to remove gel instead of shaving off your nail. Also, I appreciated that they brought out the tools obviously cleaned and packaged. Other places just bring them out in a basket and I'm never sure if they were sanitized. Overall, wonderful and will be back. This is my new nail place.

I have been coming to this salon since before he expanded. The owner is such a sweet guy—family man! The Ladies @ the front have always been phenomenal. Mary is there most days on my visits. They are excellent with cleanliness & always willing to go the extra mile if requested. I must say they really do value their loyal customers & will always do there best to correct any errors. Love U Guys!!!

Had a super disappointing experience recently at this salon. First, I must say the receptionist is sooo lovely and kind! One of the only reasons I’d want to come back. I came in for a fill and design and the nail artist (Ruby) wasn’t able to do the design well. I mentioned I did not like it and could we change it, they offered stickers/glitter on the two nails that should have been designed. I didn’t want either, I would have preferred to change the colour but I was rushed as there was another client waiting. I left with my nails unfinished. I asked if I could come in for a polish change the next day and the receptionist (super lovely once again!) accommodated me, but the nail artist insisted it would cost $25 to fix. When I came in, they didn’t have what I wanted as an alternate design (white chrome powder) and still wanted to charge me to have it fixed to a regular colour. Absolutely disappointing that the nail artist was going to charge me to fix nails I wasn’t happy with. Wouldn’t recommend going here unless you want 1 basic colour only.

I have tried a lot of nail salons, as I am pretty meticulous with my nails. And, I must say that this salon is by far one of the best ! MARY at the front desk is amazing. She’s welcoming, kind, organized, professional, knowledgable and just all around wonderful ! So important, as she’s the face of this salon. 💜
