Was excited about this place. I am very disappointed in this place. I asked for a very thin coffin nail. I got oval. They are the shortest nails I’ve ever had and I asked him three times to lengthen them and he didn’t want to, seemed very hesitant to make them longer because it would take more time. It seemed like he didn’t want to spend that much time on them. I asked him if there were other charms or services, he said no charms only diamond charms. On the website it shows something completely different. Might be good for pedicures, but that’s about it.

I’ve been going to Lisa for a few years now at the Rye Canyon location (sadly closed) and have followed her to this one. She is always so quick and does a great job with the crazy ideas I ask for. Mary at reception is always so kind and welcoming as well.

I moved over the summer, 50 miles away and I miss my nail technician James!! I’d get acrylic fills. He’s the best! I’d been going to him for several years! He does an amazing job! Highly recommend!

Made an appointment for a nail repair
Needed a infill knowing the nail tech had someone waiting for app. Seen to my nails full set without moaning and new colour.

Disappointed! I’ve never experienced this before. Manicurist left the surface of my nails rough to the touch and visibly scratched. She planned to paint my nails over the rough surface. I asked her to smooth out the top of my nails and she said it would cost $8 more to smooth the top of my nails that she had roughed up.
The receptionist was uncaring and said that’s the charge. I had to pay the extra money even if the manicurist had caused the damage to my nails. Doesn’t seem right to me.

If I could give less than one star I would - I NEVER write reviews but this was the worst nail experience I have ever had and I hope I can save some of you from wasting your money. I went in for my appointment and they had me wait 20 minutes before they were ready for me. I’m very easy-going though so I just brushed it off and went in for my simple acrylic nail fill. The overall experience was OK. The young lady doing my nails scowled at me the whole time and did not say a word. I tried to make some lighthearted conversations but she just rolled her eyes. So we went back to uncomfortable silence, or me listening to her talk to the receptionist. Because she did not have to do any shaping or trimming because I liked my current length and nail shape (easy right?), the overall look was nice. Literally all she had to do was do the fill and paint the nails. That night I noticed something weird about my nails - they were starting to look a little wavy and bubbly. I thought nothing of it until the next day where my nails started lifting and falling apart. I have never seen acrylic nails do this! Either their product was cheap and old, or she doesn’t know how to do them properly. Anyways, here I am on day four of these nails. The paint has lifted completely, leaving me with this ugly look. What a waste of money!!! It is a rare treat for me to get my nails done and to spend my hard earned money on their overpriced fill was insult enough - now I’m left with ugly nails and I couldn’t be more disappointed😭

Steve totally got me together with my manicure looked great. I have to keep it simple for work, but the girl next to me had a gel x nail that looked soooo natural and pretty.
