Waited 10 minutes for the girl to serve 2 clients before us and then wanted to order a bobba she said they were out of it, then wanted an ice cream but the 2 flavors we wanted were also sold out...
We waisted the few time we had during a cruise stop in here..

Got in and wasn’t told there was any other flavor other than what was in the glass case at the front door. Scoops were so small and nothing like the pictures online. We had to ask what the toppings were-and based off the pictures I don’t think we were told everything. We ordered a double scoop and could see the bottom of the cup :/. Tried to support local.

the ice cream is so smooth and silky! easy walk from the cruise terminals. its a small little quaint shop with space to sit down, and all their ice cream is good.

i got the sherbert, which was refreshing, bright, and flavorful; my sister got the mocha almond fudge which was rich but not heavy

the scooper made a mistake by scooping a different flavor at first, but they quickly corrected themselves 🙂

Had the liquid nitrogen made Thai Tea ice cream - delicious. The kids all got different things, from standard ice cream to shaved ice, to the winner of the table, the fruity pebbles milkshake. The liquid nitrogen made ice cream is very cool to watch. It's expensive ($14) but you get a lot of ice cream (at least enough for 2 if not more people) so well worth it for us.

We came in for the experience, the nitrogen was out, so you could only get ice cream from containers or a milkshake. I got a strawberry milkshake and it was made with strawberry flavored syrup, not real strawberries. For $10, not impressed at all.

Well, I found myself back the next day to give the benefit of doubt about real strawberries being used and just the syrup added, based on their original response. They indeed did have the nitrogen and was able to make the ice cream. It was delicious and didn’t have the artificial flavor like the night before, which could easily have been the syrup over powering the “organic strawberries”. I will say, it was much better (and cheaper) than yesterday. So maybe I hit them on an off day. However, as I went to update this review to give them credit due, I noted they updated their review telling me not to come back…. Wish I would have read this before buying from this establishment again.

And yes, that gray paint chip looking piece on the edge of my bowl was in my ice cream.

Absolutely amazing ice cream! I went and got the lavender flavor that’s frozen with Liquid nitrogen, and it was so creamy, I ended up going back an hour and a half later and got the espresso flavored ice cream. It’s so creamy, the creamiest ice cream I think I’ve ever had. Plus the shop is really cute. And the owner is such a nice sweet lady, definitely a 10/10 definitely recommend.

Hidden Jem in the mall in Juneau that I thought driving by was just a strip mall but it's not. The staff were super friendly and informative about what exactly is a microcreamery. The ice cream is the definition of creamy and very unique flavors definitely a must have in Juneau.

Great ice cream shop in close proximity to cruise pier. Try the liquid nitrogen ice cream, fun to watch them make! Chose a base flavor and any of their many toppings/mix-ins.
