I have gone to Karen two times to date. She is very warm and welcoming. She had read up on my pre appointment information and was ready for my specific needs as soon as the appointment started. The facial itself was so relaxing and so hydrating! Karen has a great personality as well, she enjoys talking about the products and giving you a rundown of what it is and what it does along with just a pleasant conversation. But is also respectful if you just want to enjoy the quiet. I will continue to book with Karen as my skin has reduced in inflammation and overall dryness!

I received an amazing facial from Karen. She is very in tune with what our skin needs and what products are best for that. She uses an all organic line called Eminence, which I absolutely love. I was referred by a friend to calming waters. I have not experienced facials before so I was initially a little nervous about what to expect. After my first appointment with Karen, I was so amazed by how professional she is and the experience she has provided. She uses only the plant based products and she adjusts the different facial products based on my own needs. I initially had some breakouts and after 3 treatments they were gone and were under control (I started to used some of the acne products Karen introduced to me too). Karen also took good care of my skin before my wedding, I went in for a facial 2 days before my wedding and my skin was so good on my big day, and makeup went on super smoothly. She also does shoulder massage and hand exfoliation as part of the facial procedure, which was super relaxing. I highly recommend Karen if you are looking for high quality facial.

Karen is very knowledgeable and uses all organic products. For every appointment, she evaluates my skin and customizes each facial based on the condition of my skin for that session. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her job. She always goes above and beyond to care for her clients and is a very kind person as well. On top of the facial, she also gives a wonderful shoulder massage along with hand exfoliation while waiting for the masks to absorb my skin. I always leave happy with my skin glowing. I have recommended a couple friends here and they all loved their experience. I highly recommend her facials!
