The most insensitive, inconsiderate, uninformative & unkind doctor's office situation l've ever endured. Crooked.
We were referred to Dr. Bock by our primary care doctor since what we're trying to treat can only be treated by a dermatologist. Not only did we have to reach to get any form of response, other than thousand dollars worth of lasers not covered by insurance, Dr Bock was atrocious. His words were “topical medication doesn’t work” and snidely states he knows because he’s been practicing 40+ years and we’re stupid. How he is still practicing is beyond me & I will be filing a complain with the board as I work for a dr office as well, I am disgusted by his behavior. The two nurses were lovely, but the front desk is rude and Dr. Bock needs to go. He's horrific, and I have room for grace in my heart, but this was atrocious.

Dr Bock always explains what is best for my skin and really wants to help me look my best. And all of his staff are always warm and friendly. I never have to wait for my appointment. I am always seen right away thank you dr Bock and all your staff for such an informative visit and answering all my questions.

I didn’t feel rushed at all when being examined by Dr Bock. He proceeded to address the concerns I had and then went over additional observations he had noted.

I’ve been a patient of California Skin Laser Center and Cosmetic Spa for the past 17 years and I can tell you Stockton is lucky to have a provider and facility like this. They have all of the latest technology and highly skilled providers and staff. They regularly educate & train providers and upgrade equipment/software interfaces to implement the latest trends and techniques in skincare and aesthetic dermatology.

Since my teenage years I have been trying to address severe acne and associated scarring. When I started treating with Dr. Bock, I was able to get my breakouts under complete control, but then years went by before I began to address the acne scarring left behind. Last summer I began treatments to address the scarring and melasma hyperpigmentation exasperated by years of unprotected sun exposure. Dr. Bock, Nurse Nancy, Nurse Vivian, Amber, Elizabeth, and office staff and manager Gita are the most dedicated, talented and welcoming people I’ve met in a medical office setting.

They have transformed my skin and appearance and I am thrilled about it! They address my concerns professionally, and skillfully, recommending the most advanced techniques and modalities. My skin has never looked better. I am lucky to have a team like this advocating for my skin and keeping me look young and refreshed.

My mother is two weeks shy of 100 years old. Waiting long beyond the appointment time sitting in a wheelchair is unsatisfactory; however, that was not the case at California Skin & Laser Center. They were timely, quick but professional and understood the need to move along. We were most appreciative of the compassion shown. Highly recommended.

Dr. Bock is an excellent physician. He has done my skin cancer surgeries with precision and care. My face has had multiple surgeries, which he has made it so that they are hardly visible. I’m thankful for his amazing skills and hope he never retires. Also, his staff is really great!
