Need a no star for being a racist . If your black don’t go here he was bad energy from the start. I’m talking about the owner not the workers they were amazing. Ignorance is not acceptable at this big age I pray he gets help and treat all people right. He greeted everyone else but me

Some months ago, I thought I had found a great nail salon close to our home. It is tranquil, without tv’s blasting, soft music, clean and designed nicely and even though the pedicures weren’t great the owner did a nice job on my gel manicure.
But yesterday will be the last time for me. Tranquil is nice but silence is just uncomfortable. From the very first visit Mimi the owner was unfriendly and never spoke to me or anyone else. She makes zero effort to show kindness or appreciation to her clients. The few people who give pedicures ( she is the only one who does nails) never speak to customers or each other. It such an uncomfortable and weird atmosphere. You get the feeling she either hates what she does or hates the people who come in. I am friendly and tried to make conversation but without any response. And yes she does speak English, but as many others have said she is simply a rude woman with a terrible attitude and it became a place I no longer wanted to enter because the place feels so unwelcoming.
The only thing Mimi ever said to me was accusing me of making an apt for gel and pedicure. When I made apt her husband asked if I wanted a pedicure and I said no. After defending myself she literally accused me again. Crazy!
Also they don’t post prices. Every time it was a more expensive cost. This time for gel and one broken thumb nail she charged me $50.00. First time was $40.00 then 45.00 and today $50!

I'm in shock. I just called to inquire about bringing my father in with me for a pedicure, and said I'd like someone experienced for him. The man on the phone asked me to hold and then said "we are not available for you. Sorry." I asked when they are available, and he literally hung up on me and didn't answer when I called back. I guess it's true that if you're not coming in for expensive gels, they don't want your business. Unbelievable. Note that most of the great reviews are from 3 years ago or more.

I got fungus for the first time ever at 40 years old from this salon. The service was bad and I knew I wouldn't be going back there, but both of my feet have rotting, chipping, nail beds and it looks like it is permanently disfigured! I couldn't tell until I took the polish off! BEWARE. The techs were super rude to my friend and I am kept getting upset that I didn't want gel or my hands done. She got up several times during my appointment to service other people, including during my massage. Most of my nails were peeling and both of my big nail toes look they have been rotting and there are like triangles of my nailed missing.

I have been coming here for over a year. The ladies here are never nice to me. They are always snobbish. The gel only last about a week. The last time I went it lasted one day! I called and told them, KEEP IN MIND EACH TIME I SPENDING OVER 100 getting extras. When I came in she fixed one hand. Within days the other hand all peeled off. NEVER GOING BACK. You can have your bad gel manicures and attitudes
