We had an absolutely fantastic experience. My massage was with Ryan and he did an amazing job with his consent based communication, education, and then massage. My wife had a prenatal massage w/ Raquel and she was also phenomenal. The facilities were clean, everyone was extremely helpful, and I loved having all the supplies to get ready after.

The spa has a lovely entrance and waiting area. My massage was nice and the warming bed was great. The therapist was knowledgeable and capable. The amenity area is packed and I could hear a lot of activity in the hallway during my service. I couldn’t get in the nap room, the jacuzzi was full. It was a nice day but the amenities were a don’t look too close situation. The therapist was so good which is why my rating is a 4.

The place to unwind and leave all of your stress outside. Parking is minimal. The greeters are pleasant. The venue is clean and relaxing. My masseuse was Kai, and he did an excellent job getting all of my kinks out of my back. I will return due to his excellent service and professionalism.

Great local spa, I had a gift certificate for a massage, I am currently 8 months pregnant so I was able to use the certificate for a pregnancy massage and since o can’t use the amenities they give a complimentary bath. Massage was amazing, the bath was awesome, it’s all set up for you with some fruit so you should do a bath if you ever can even just try to it out BUT the only things that was disappointing is that it is only 20 min long!!! I wish at least 30 min long or 40 for us pregnant woman. If I wasn’t pregnant I would use the amenities a lot longer and all of them to get my moneys worth!! Otherwise great place

Wow! I cannot say enough about this location. My fave is Santa Monica and I was nervous to try Mission Viejo, but we were out of town and it was closest. I am SO glad we did because our service was sooooo over the top impeccable. Deborah is an absolute gift to the universe. My mom and I were celebrating an early mother's day by spending a day at the spa and getting massages. When Deborah found out our reason for celebration, she booked a complimentary bath for us which included a tub tea, a fruit plate, cucumbers for our eyes, tea, etc. It was glorious. On top of that, she checked on us throughout the day and said not to leave without saying goodbye. When we did leave, she gifted my mom a handwritten card with a bag of chocolates and their house tea. She then gifted me a handmade card and a 3 day and 1 day spa pass. I am tearing up just writing this! She was that lovely. My mom also said her massage with Sage was the absolute best massage of her life. She would fly back to OC just to see Sage again. Please do yourself a favor and visit this location. They are just amazing.

This place is not worth your money and time! The manger is rude and did absolutely nothing when I addressed the issue. You def do not get serve for what we pay here. For $250 massage they don’t even use any body oil or essential oil as they mention on their massage info which I did not received what I was told and the massage itself was not good at all. The girl literally left me in the room and left for a while which is not okay! I went for a day to relax and this is what I get in return. I will never go back to this place again

I have never had a bad experience here. I have been to two locations and the service was equally as good at both. The men's locker room is large with three showers, wet and dry sauna and a men's only jacuzzi. There is a quiet room directly off the locker room that is dark and silent to give yourself a moment to come back after a wonderful massage. I can never wait to go back.
