They rush through your service. The lady who did my nails didn’t even go back to my cuticle and my freshly done nails look like they are already grown out. No cuticle clean up, no cleaning the hands in between and at the very end she put oil on my hands and rubbed around for a few seconds with all the dust on my hands feeling like sandpaper.

I asked for my daughters nails to be done extremely short and when I was done and walked over to my daughter her nails where at the last stage and very long.

Super disappointed in our service and now having to go get them fixed else where. I will not be returning

One of my best friends comes here so I thought I’d better give it a try. I’ve been here three times so far and what I love is that they either do a great job or make it right. Yesterday the gel color I picked ended up wrinkling that same day and when I came back today the manager fixed it free of charge. I will come back because they usually do a good job and on the off chance that they don’t, I know I can count on them to make it right!

I’ve been coming to botanic nails with my mom and sister for about 5 years and we absolutely love getting our nails done here! Everyone that works here does an amazing job and they’re super friendly & the nail shop is always very clean! I always recommend this place to friends and family they always do an amazing job! 🙂

I came here because of the beautiful nails I've seen on IG. I came for a full set acrylic. It was done very sloppy, not smoothed out. I asked for medium pointy almond shape with spiderwebs. Showed a picture to reference what I wanted. I stopped with one nail because it looks nothing like a web. I'm not one to make a scene so I paid then left.

I ALWAYS leave with a smile and happy with every service! Tina and Jen are my girls but the entire staff are rockstars. You want amazing manicures and pedicures GO TO BOTANIC NAILS. You won’t regret it.

Price for my fill was okay but to be honest my acrylics are all thick, lumpy and uneven. She did try her best I just can't say she did a great job.
